Big Y World Class Market

I live in East Hartford but really like this Bigy. I'd rather drive out here to shop. The set up is great. I can find everything I need here. The people are very nice. The area is nice as well. That's just a few things I like about this store.

The best supermarket in the State. Great selections, excellent cooked food. Subs are the best value. Seafood dept is great as well. Nice selection of fruits and vegetables in the produce dept. Checking out is quick. Excellent customer service.

Haven't been there in a while, my card didn't work. Cashier gave me the member card benefits. Took $30. of the bill. Got everything and more for the holidays. Forgot how good this store is.

Great place to stock up for a trucker! Hot food inside for a meal. Plenty of options to stock your truck up. Friendly employees. Pizza is great. Dylan has a great attitude towards customers! Nice guy, and best thing is truck parking!

I Always receive great customer service.

I have a handicapped client that needs an electric cart. They always have one for use. Staff go above and beyond in this store. The deli staff greets my elderly client like a long time friend and go out of their way to help him make choices. If they have something new that they think he might enjoy, they'll let him know about it. He loves the rotisserie chicken and homemade pizzas and sandwiches. They have the low salt, organic, and hard to get items that he needs and enjoys. Handicapped parking spot is good. Cashiers and baggers are very kind and accommodating. They'll take the groceries out to your vehicle and see that they're put in for you. It might be a few cents more, but more.than worth it! This is a great store!

We were in the area and needed to stop for some groceries. First time going to one of these stores and we were very impressed. Loved the fresh fruits and veggies, fresh baked goods and low prices. The cleanliness of the store and all the isles fronted so well, it waslike a thing of art. Definitely wish we had these around us. 5*****

This Big Y location carries more of the brands & varieties we're looking for. The aisles are arranged more logically as well, the way supermarkets used to be but often don't anymore. This is our top preferred place to shop for food items.

Great selection. Many ready to eat, and grab and go items at reasonable prices. I got some antipasto from the deli and a berries bowl from produce for under $5...and they literally had about 3 servings each. Was fresh and yummy.

Easy to find, right off I-91. this Big Y has that ol.skool Big Y appeal of the past. good bakery, nice produce section, one cannot go wrong here...

I ordered like 25 of subs from the food court. Sue who took my order for a corporate party we were having for staff in July, helped me through the whole process. She catered to my needs and answered any questions that I had. She even helped load up the van. Sue deserves big recognition. Thanks Sue for your wonderful service.

This is, by far, my favorite store! Yes, like everywhere there are a few empty shelves because of manufacturer shortages, but the staff in the deli, produce, butchery and dairy depts are exceptional. So helpful but not in an "over the top" way. Then on to the cashiers, awesome!!! Give them a shot, and you'll never go back to Walmart again. Happy shopping.

I want to start off by thanking you for being a safe haven for trucks! It is so hard for us to find places accessible to get healthy groceries.. on top of it your store truly is WORLD CLASS! Your staff is super friendly .. your pricing is very reasonable..Locally sourced items and your variety of selections is top shelf great and wide!!

Always a pleasure shopping Big Y in East Windsor, employees are always friendly and helpful. The store certainly needs a face lift though!!!

Upscale supermarket with reasonable prices. I was impressed with their steamed lobster. It was cold outside like in the 20s. They steamed then wrapped the lobster in aluminum foil then put it in a disposable insulated brown bag. I thought it would be cool when I got home. I took it out of the bag unwrapped the aluminum foil. It was steaming hot. Kudos you do it right.

Go here every week for groceries, but Mark! Mark is the sweetest he makes Big Y a happy place!
