My wife and I arrived at Bradley and being somewhat hungry, we went here for a quick bite as brunch. Both of us ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and a coffee. I was pleased to find the chicken to be tasty and not dry as I expected. The coffee hit the spot and was very good.

Okay, so it's McDonald's - we all know and love the place ... But do you want to know what makes this one exceptional? The employees! I have only been here twice while picking up someone from the airport but both times enjoyed my visit because of the exceptional customer service and super kind overnight staff! They seem pretty busy and it's surprisingly clean as well. I'm sure it's not an easy task as most places nowadays are understaffed and overworked ...Thanks for the smiles :) the yummy food and the all-around great experience!

This particular visit was so amazing because of the customers. I had a very sweet, lifting exchange with a person and it totally set GJ tone for the rest of the day. We met and talked over breakfast at MickyD's! Great experience.

Have been here during a couple prior visits to Connecticut and was very disappointed with the service and the food! Here we are again and needless to say I have some apprehensions about trying it again but after a certain time of night there aren't many options. I am pleased to say I'm glad I gave them another opportunity! Service was awesome and the food was delicious and had flavor!

I went around 4:00 am and the person (female) who took my order, was so nice, helpful, and polite. (ordering breakfast is not my thing) In addition, this McDonald's looks pretty clean and there were a good atmosphere. However, the main reason of my 5 🌟 is for the sweetness and politeness of the girl who took my order.

They serve your food quick. Staff are quick and good at their job

I love McDonald’s and the feeling and hearing my arteries clog after eating a delicious double quarter pounder with cheese!! Great staff that works amazing under pressure. Give them a raise!

Only used it's drive-thru. Good quality in a combination with a good price. One suggestion for everyone to check their bags before leaving the place. Operators sometimes forget to include some of ordered items.

I go there every day and order a large only McDonald's that has hot fries all the time

Always hit and fresh at this location at all hours. If only they could hire people with actual desire of working there lol but that’s not on them lmao

What could I say you could never go wrong with McDonald’s also great customer service

Convenient location on state route 75 (Ella grass turnpike), only about one mile from Bradley international airport. This is as good a " fast casual" food joint as can be expected.The inside space is modern and updated and they have the kiosks where you can place you order if you don't want to wait in line to order from a human employee.

The kids still love their happy meals

The only 24 hour McDonalds around... Never messed my late night orders up, or told me their system goes down for an hour and they have to clean the grill while having a party in the closed dining room and their parking lot like the Windsor location off exit 37 on I-91. Seriously, don't ever go to that McDonald's. This one time, I went there and they messed up my order- and I called about it. The manager extended the offer to have my order re made, on the house... Only to have them completely forget half of the order. So, in conclusion, the Bradley-adjacent McDonald's is your best late night bet.

Very good food taste and service. Two different sections on curbside. Make sure it says curbside not drive thru hold area.

I usually come late on weekend to this McDonald's (10PM ish). They're usually good, nice, and quick even at such a late hour. Have not come across anything bad. For those who are wondering, these are one of the nice McDonald's with the nice seats, wifi, etc.

Best restaurant near the airport to have severe and repeated diarrhea in! 10 out of 10, would recommend.
