Customer service was fantastic, Prashanthi was so gentle, kind and respectful of our tax situation/needs. It could have been stressful, but the way she handled our situation was professional to the max and caring about our situation. She asked all the right questions and was patient and sweet to me and my husband even though we were waiting on a few documents to come in till we could file. Good service, friendly, and relatively short wait times. Decently priced for the service they provide! I've had the same tax rep for the last two years and he's great - defiantly tries to get you every penny possible!
