Pam was so rude !!!! Refused to give me my pickup order claiming there was a limit of 4 detergents when I purchased 6???? I already paid !!! Had to speak to manager !!! This lady was holding my bags not letting go !!! Complete circus !!! I will not be returning to this location!

They were "too busy" to administer a flu test I had scheduled an appointment for 24 hours in advance. Will never rely on Walgreens again.

This pharmacy is the WORST we’ve ever dealt with. Held a prescription for two weeks without updates, tried to transfer it to somewhere else when THEY advised us to. Other pharmacy goes to fill it and they’ve pulled it back! So I call and they say that they don’t even see it on their end. Their system is going to end up getting them sued. My wife needs this medication and at this point, they are interrupting care

Im talking specifically to pharmacy review, costumer service is a joke. Awful, horrible and not consideration to allergies suffer people. We are waiting for second day to get allergy medication and pharmacy is closed at lunch time 1pm, at dinner time 6pm. They have 7 cars in line to get medicine in drive thru, so finally no matters if this is my local pharmacy I’ll go to CVS or Kroger’s pharmacy will be better.

Extremely slow, seems to be rotation of different people working. At one point they closed down walk ups inside due to staff shortage. If in line outside, estimate 10 mins per vehicle in front of you to determine your wait time. Very inefficient and slow unfortunately.

I am in desperate need of my prescription and I called out of work this morning just to come here at 9am when you guys open and the pharmacist is nowhere to be found! This is ridiculous! Get your act together this location is terrible always issues with the pharmacy.

Ordered photo prints online, promised ready to pick up in 30 minutes. Waited 90 to be safe, but when I got there, no prints. They ran out of supplies and didn't think to let me know.

Horrible experience here. Been in multiple times and every time the pharmacist gets something wrong. The first time I was given incorrect information on taking the medicine. Second time they gave me chewable Asprin instead of regular. This Pharmacist is a joke.

Couldn't process my refund because their system was down and no one knew when it would work again or why it was down or cared that it was down. Store manager Robert did nothing to fix the issue or even to figure out what the issue was.

Horribly long wait and could get better customer service attention from McDonalds. Go anywhere else but here.
