This location is great and the staff here are always on point. The store is easily visible from the road and easily accessible. Parking is available and accessible parking is available. Restrooms are available and clean and the store is maintained and stocked well. Staff are super friendly and always helpful and knowledgeable anytime you need help. In the event you need auto parts or just to get questions answered this is a good location to go for help if it involves anything automotive or similar.

Always friendly and helpful and answer any questions you have! If they are unable to answer they do their best to help you find a good place to try other than them! It has a terrific atmosphere and is a great place to shop for all your parts needs! Would definitely recommend, the top three parts stores!

They have such a helpful and willing to go the extra mile staff. At the end of the day, this company seems to hire really good people, who make O’Reilly’s look good. They handled my battery warranty problem promptly and looked through the system until they were able to make it work

Last week I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts on McDonald in McKinney in hopes of finding the correct alternator for my son's old car. It was right at 9pm and they were closing. The assistant manager Leslie was there and let us into the store after I asked to get the part so that my son could make it to work the next day. We had the old part and it was a fast and easy swap for both of us. We really appreciated the professionalism and knowledge that Leslie had. She is a great asset to the company!

Leslie did an AMAZING job at getting me exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond my expectations. She checked me out, walked me through removing a blown fuse, and guided me through installing the new one all in less than 5 minutes! I was in and out in no time

After being sold the wrong bulbs by another location I came here to get the right ones. The store manager helped me to make sure I got the correct ones. She is great and is very people friendly.
