Y'all these people are awesome and go above and beyond. There was a little confusion about getting the right part that was ordered online but they got a battery for me that fits perfectly and works well!!! So thankful.

General manager was very professional and helped us out when we received a defective product via an online order. Really figured I was out of luck since we had installed it, but he helped me get the part I needed. Super kind and I appreciate his help!

Very good customer service, went in for a battery replacement Eric and the store manager went out there way to find my warranty and replaced my battery at no charge. That was a great customer service

My battery died at Walmart on Rose Bud about a mile from this location. I arrived at the store at about 7:25pm and they close at 8pm. The store associates put the battery on the charger and charged it up until the last minute of closing. I walked back to my car and had just enough charge for the car to turn over. Thanks again, you guys are terrific.

I received fantastic customer service at this store. I had a dead battery one evening so I stopped here to buy a new one. The store employee (I didn’t get his name unfortunately) that helped me was very friendly and professional. He gave me a great price on a battery, carried it out to my truck (in the rain), carried the core back inside, and offered to loan me tools if I needed them. Excellent service!

I thought the part that I needed was so unusual that I wouldn't be able to find it but they had exactly what I needed. The service was so helpful and friendly. The associate did everything to make sure that I left with what I needed.

Needed wipe blades for my Audi A5. The first ones he tried did not fits so he tried another brand and they fit. Very pleased with the customer service and the expertise.

I own a foreign vehicle and they always have any and everything I need at a reasonable price from employees who are well educated, patient and great personalities……..Example: Recently I had a question about my cars coolant, and after calling the dealership for accuracy I made a trip to Walmart and they said it didn’t matter what type of coolant I used as long as it was 50/50, another auto part store said something similar; finally I made it to Advance Auto and he gave me the CORRECT information the dealership did…….forever a fan!

Awesome customer service. Of all the Advanced Auto Parts I've been to (from South Dakota to Mississippi to Texas), this store handles business the best. When in doubt, give these folks a shout.

Glad they're in town. Guys and gals are helpful. Ordered a part for me from other store and was there within a coupla hours. Order online and pickup in store usually saves you 20%
