Soda shop, burgers, coke, and wine. Great combination. The food is fresh, flavorful, and has good portions. Love the decorating. The ice cream is creamy and homemade. Reminds you of what a hamburger and shake place used to be.

Not a fan of a burger place but this could be the exception. They really have good food. The strawberry shake was perfect. We ordered twice for the chicken pesto sandwich and we had alfredo pasta too.

I just had the best Oreo shake the young man running the shake station I didn’t get your name but you ROCK! Burger was juicy fries were crispy not greasy we loved our meal. Definitely recommend this establishment. My mom loved her strawberry shake !!

The food was delicious. I had the chicken pesto sandwich with fries. My husband had the double cheeseburger with fries. We were both pleased and full. Great customer service, very attentive to our needs. Would recommend eating here.

Wow, what a great lunch. There was 6 in our party, and Mario was probably the best waiter we ever had. The entire staff was very friendly, but Mario really stood out. The shakes were amazing too, what a great experience!

Just do yourself a favour and go there.

Great burger place on the main drag in Solvang. Chompasaurus Burger was plump & juicy & the fries were good. Mac & cheese is pretty basic, but tasty. They have several brews & kombuchas on tap. Atmosphere is whimsical with varied seating options, including bar seating. Free public parking lot is less than a block away. The restaurant is located right next to the Little Mermaid sculpture. Service was friendly & professional. Non-alcoholic kombucha of the day was lemon lavender & was excellent. Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for a burger.

Found this adorable little town on our way to Santa Barbara. It was pouring down rain and a lot of the stores were closed but found this fun burger place on the corner. Menu was classics Burger restaurant and everything was super clean. I ordered the Reuben sandwich and my husband had a Bacon Cheeseburger. Everything was fresh and delicious. Can’t wait to come back to explore more of this beautiful town!

I got crab cake salad and sweet potato fries. They were yummy. They even have gluten free bun for one of my friend which is excellent. Definitely come back.

The wagyu burger was delicious as were the fries. The waitress was very nice and the whole restaurant had a very happy and lively atmosphere

Located in downtown Solvang on a corner, you will find this awesome burger joint. The restaurant is casual and has a burgers and more type menu with some tasty shakes. They offer a nice selection of cold beers with a diner type seating area. This was our second visit and it was just as good as I remembered from the first time we came. Catch the nice weather and eat outside or grab a seat inside. No matter where you sit, you will enjoy the atmosphere and great service.

Our granddaughter's friend had mentioned Chomps, so it was our last meal before leaving our Solvang vacation. The service was great and so was the food. The raviolis with pesto was delicious, our granddaughter 's Asian salad was very tasty and so was my husband's sandwich. We were all very satisfied and full. We got shakes to go and they were tasty too.

This mostly a hamburger joint, but they have several veggie burger options as well as fish and chips, fish tacos and some salads. The service was excellent and the food was very good. They also have the option of sweet potato fries without an extra charge.

We love Chomp! Enjoyed it 5 years ago and just this last weekend! Hidden at the end of Solvang is a great burger place. Bonus they have gluten free buns! Had the tri-tip sandwich on gluten-free bun was outstanding! Wife enjoyed the black & blue burger and loved it!!

The service and food was wonderful. The restaurant is conveniently located and the service was kind and fast. We had the tritip sandwich, wrangler burger, and an oreo milkshake and I would happily recommend any of them.

A very traditional looking diner. The owner was very proactive helping his workers, that was cool. A lot of young, harworking people working here, so be nice.
The food was satisfying and affordable.
A lot of locals come here so that's a good sign.

We discovered Chomp several years ago, and now make a point to go there every time we're in Solvang. The food AND service is awesome! This trip we had the pastrami and onion rings. And the Black and Blue burger. Both were home runs! Can't wait to try another entree. As a bonus the waiter was very friendly and helpful. We'll be back!!

Staff is very attentive. Food is great. Opens earlier than most places in Solvang. They really want you to have a great experience. Thank for being so nice to my dad and kids!
