For the ultimate sausage experience in the area, this is the place to be. With a plethora of options to choose from, we followed the staff's recommendations and had zero regrets. It's definitely one of my favorite spots. If you're in the area, be sure to pay them a visit.

The some was great, pricy but everything In that area is 😅.

I forgot what the craft brew was but the darker of the two was really good. 👌🏽

Best bratwurst I've ever had. I got the Spicy Italian. I also got the Doppelbock. 3 sauces: spicy brown, bbq, and jalapeño. Great prices, serving sizes, and quality. 👌

It seemed like we needed to get a sausage since we were in Solvang. This place had the best reviews. I asked what is the “go-to” sausage & the guy said to go with the bratwurst. It was pretty good & big.

They had a whole bunch of sauces, the best by far was the spicy jalapeño!! They had plenty of outside seating.

Many types of sausages and beers. Great flavors, I definitely will be back. Highly recommend getting a beer flight. I personally really liked the mead.

We freakin loved it. The dozen sauces, the sausages, the jalapeño bacon one is a must, and the danish red lager as well. The pretzel was also real real good. Keep this place real, simple, delicious and unhipster please:)

Great Sausage. I got the 4 sausage sampler with bread for $26. There is open sitting so get a seat asap. Have someone grab a seat while you stand in line and order if possible. Hope this helps . Cheers.

Sausages were all fire, hot Italian was our favorite! Pretzel with cheese also quite solid, and the beer hit the spot too. I think they may have been a little short staffed or something though, as it seemed like there would randomly be times when nobody was working the register.

Overall 4.5 (pardon the nighttime photos) - Food 5; Can’t go wrong with sausages and fried sides! But even the beet salad was delicious. They ran out of hot dog buns but the substituted hamburger buns sufficed. We didn’t get beer but saw many people joyful order the sampler. Service 5; Very courteous. Our order was served quickly and was nice and hot. One of the sausages was delayed and they gave us an order of onion rings and cheese curds as an apology. Yum! Ambiance 4.5; All outdoor seating in big picnic benches. It was quiet enough that we could sit by a heat lamp because it was a chilly night. The sauces and toppings were serve yourself. Some of the sauces were clogged and empty. 4 people ~$79

Fun open air dining family style.
Had the sausage sampler, pretzel, and charcuterie. We all enjoyed our food and had the stein of red ale and was good to the last drop.

I think we waited in line about 45min but after we ordered, it only took a few minutes for our food to show up. We had a three sausage platter with kielbasa, andouille and hot italian. We also ordered a Bavarian pretzel. Everything was good but the hot Italian was really great and the giant pretzel was delicious. They had lots of sauces, some sauerkraut, onions, jalapenos and pepperoncinis to add, too.

We tried four different types of sausages and we liked them all. There are about ten different kinds of sausages available. We also had Bavarian pretzel 🥨 with cheese and it's good too. There are also a dozen or so beer on tap to go with the sausages. At the end we craved for more, so ordered the schnitzel which came with tons of fries. Overall very good experience.

Had a really great experience with our family of 6. We got the three sausage sampler and added three sausages more for us to have one of each type. shared to make a combo hot dog 👍💕 with multiple sauces that were very good too! The salads were very tasty too. Draft beer collection was great too! And the service was 10/10! Will definitely be back!

Excellent stop if you’re in the area. Sausages are delicious. I really enjoyed the chicken sausage and beet salad. The pretzel was a must as well. Outdoor seating so bring a jacket if you’re going at night. Pet friendly.

Excellent sausage platter and you can buy a liter of beer!

My wife and I decided to make a detour through Solvang as we had never visited before. Looking for someplace to eat, Copenhagen Sausage Garden stood out immediately. We got a 4 sausage sampler, a beet and arugula salad and a couple of beers. After seeing the the size of the pretzels, I wish I would have gotten one, but we already more than enough food. Everything was delicious. As we were finishing up Elise (manager/owner?) stopped by our table to ask how we were doing. After a nice, friendly conversation, she gave us a few sausages to take home. I made some bangers and mash the next day. We will definitely come back again

Really nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The sausages were great. We just didnt like the curry flavored one. The pretzel was fantastic and the beer selection was descent. Overall a nice experience

Local shops in Solvang recommended this place. We got there early but stuck around waiting for it to open and yup worth the wait! Good quality of sausages and so many on the menu for you to pick and order. Please come and try the food here if you visit Solvang.

One of the best decisions we made for our wedding week was having our day-after lunch at CSG! We made a regular Friday reservation for 40 people instead of doing their set menu meal so we could accommodate our many vegetarians. The team was super helpful the moment we showed up, food and beer came out quickly, and everyone had a blast. Can't recommend more - thank you again!!

Food was pretty good. Line moved fairly quickly. Took a little bit to get the food. If you buy the sampler, make sure to get buns on the side!
