Cafe Dolce

A small, tucked away, cafe serving deli sandwiches, ice cream, taffy, and other snacks. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. There are a few tables inside the cafe but the best tables are out on the patio. The BLT+avocado was excellent. Enjoy.

Cafe that had deliciously strong coffee as well as well made pastries. Considering it’s a tourist town the price was comparable to other places in Solvang and there were plenty of seats outdoors with a relaxing little green spot to enjoy.

Wow! The baklava was out of this world delicious. 🤩 It was a pretty busy night but we didn't spend too long in line. My husband and I ordered the skinny baklava, Nutella baklava, and 2 hot chocolates. The staff was nice despite the super long line of customers. Definitely going back to bring some baklava home with me.

Stopped by for an evening snack and was instantly amazed by the difference kinds of baklava they make. I've only had the typical pistachio. We had to try one of each and each one was delicious.

I enjoyed being in this place as the food was delicious, and the owner was friendly and helpful. If you like to enjoy Solvang's unique Christmas lights, you need to go here and try the Mediterranean sweets with Turkish coffee, and you will enjoy the mood you feel .

I love this cafe house! Very cozy and picturesque . They offer variety of choices to order. The Baklava is a must to try!

Loved it! It is small, but the weather is hot that the chairs outside is very nice to sit and enjoy your gelato. I sat in the tall chairs inside and it was very nice, most of the time I was looking through the window outside or looking at my gelato. It was SO good!!!! I will definitely go again and try another flavor, it was worth drinking lactaid (yes, I’m allergic to lactose) to have this delicious treat! In the pictures I shared is the gelato I chose and then a cookies and cream ice cream. Baklawa was my FAV!

this place is fantastic! their desserts are amazing! this is the best lebanese bakery i have ever been to. i highly recommend everything is always fresh and delicious.

Wonderful place to have coffee and breakfast/lunch. The atmosphere is very relaxed. Beautiful seating outside. The service was friendly! The food was fresh. My sandwich was the Beirut. I loved it! It's definitely worth a visit!!

Stopped here for coffee. Very nice staff and the treats looked amazing. They have gluten free options also. The coconut coffee is AMAZING! Very cute outdoor area for relaxing.

Love this cafe. It’s a must any time I’m in the area. The Turkish coffee is incredible, but so are the pastries and sandwiches. Sam (the owner) is friendly, accommodating, and goes above and beyond. He always remembers us. During the pandemic, Cafe Dolce became one of our favorites. They fought hard to not discriminate, to keep things as normal as possible, and make sure people were safe and happy. So grateful for Sam and his entire team!

Not sure what the 1 star reviews are about the service, but I was just here with my mother, we had some Turkish coffee and baklava and it was fantastic, yes it’s $11 but you get the whole jazve of coffee and it’s honestly worth it. Only suggestion is possibly being able to offer to cook the coffee with sugar for those who request sugar inside rather than stirring it in after, like that the coffee grinds won’t mix up and will stay on the bottom of the jazve. But overall great place, great service, I will return every day I am here for some coffee.

Delicious coffee! Me and my husband got the caramel macchiato. Sooooo delicious. We both loved it. Would give it 100 stars if I could.

One of the place for fine and speciality coffee is at Cafe Dolce. Some Turkish delights and sweets that would be perfect for your coffee. Love the courtyard outside the Cafe - relaxing and pleasantly set up. I like one of the quote at the Cafe - " Coffee is always a good idea! " .. Recommended if you are in Solvang for fine coffee.

Lovely coffee shop! We went here both days we were in town! I enjoyed one of the “fancy lattes” and my husband said the drip coffee was delicious. We also loved their baklava, which comes in several flavors and vegan options, too! Sam, the owner, was very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely delicious food and coffee. I had a Turkish Coffee to fulfill my dream, very tasty, strong, paired with a cashew baklava… we ordered the two vegan options of Vegan Trap wrap and Veggie Mediterranean, both phenomenally stuffed with grilled veggies and olives and spread. Everything was amazing. Thank you for answering all our questions and recommending some pairings. We will be back!

The owner is 1000 percent customer service oriented. I will keep coming back every time just because he was so accommodating to us. This place has so much variety, our breakfasts were delicious and we didn't have to wait in line for hours. Don't waste your time in line, just head straight over here!

At night the courtyard looks magical with all the string lights on. The Baklava Gelato was amazing! Not over the top sweet, very well balanced.

Cool little coffee shop near the solvang park. We got a white mocha latte and I’m sure it tastes like any other mocha latte we’ve had before.

The cool thing about the shop is they offer a good variety of other items. Ice cream, sandwiches (looked pretty good when they were being walked out) and baklava. We tried the “skinny baklava” it was a cashew/pistachio baklava. Light crispy and balanced flavor between the two nuts 🥁. Recommend it if you need a quick snack/pick me up for caffeine.

Lured by such inviting signs and the cute corner so off we had the unexpectedly sumptuous lunch! The salad was fresh and so is the salmon with it. The minestrone soup here is like no other that I can still remember the exact taste. Kid’s sandwich was also good (I have a picky eater). They also serve gelato here but I didn’t have any more room.
The only con was that I got an extra order that i didn’t mean to put in. Have them review your order before paying just to be sure.
The public restroom is close by, bike rentals in the same complex and the visitor’s center is right behind it.
