Third time here and it has definitely improved. Food is significantly better and as is the service. Our server Alex was perfect from start to finish, they made excellent recommendations, kept our drinks filled, cleared our plates once we were done with them, and gave us boxes before we even needed to ask, he definitely kept on top of it especially for a Saturday night! Highly recommend requesting Alex whenever you stop in! Overall, a huge improvement from our last visits.
Looking forward to coming back and trying brunch next!

Decided to have my bachelorette party here last night on 10/28. We had a party of nine. Our waitress, Ambrosia, was absolutely amazing. Very attentive, and kept our drinks filled. The general manager, Alex, was very friendly as well and made sure we were taken care of. Food was absolutely amazing! I got the footlong corn dog with fries. Would definitely come back here again!

This place is like foodie heaven, with everything made from scratch for that unbeatable freshness. But let's talk about their fried chicken – it's seriously next-level! Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, it's the stuff dreams are made of. And the vibe? Totally chill, with friendly staff and a vibe that screams good times. Went for Sunday happy hour. Beautiful day. We split and sampled the fresh cut fries, fried green tomatoes, wings and 3 different sauces. The specialty cocktails were very good. We will definitely be back on Sundays. Very relaxed!

Read reviews ahead of time. Most review good. My hubby and I found the service to be fast. The food had flavor and the French fries are my fave. My only complaint is that they have a stage is a very small space. You could fit more tables seating limited unless you like eating at the bar. Go early, we arrived 45 minutes after opening and got 1 of last 2 tables.

The food was good. The service was great. The pickles were amazing. The only issue is that they had a pretty limited menu. The chicken was fantastic.

My experience at Duke and Boots was nothing less than exceptional. The things that matter were present- cleanliness, service, value, and great food.
We tried the pickles( yum!) and 3 piece chickens dinners (crispy, crunchy, juicy , and unique) with mac n cheese and crispy fries ( so good).
Our server was kind, attentive and answered all of our questions. We were there early, and one could tell that the staff was primed for a busy summer Friday evening. I gotta tell you reviewers, I think y’all need to revisit this cute establishment and newbies, don’t let the gitchy reviews send you elsewhere.

Went here for the first time. Atmosphere was really nice. Big change from what it was since Burgers n Beer. Andrew was our server, outstanding service, on spot when our drinks were getting low, informative on the menu…fried green tomatoes were delicious. He was very personable and attentive. I will be back if for nothing else, but Andrew. Thank you for a great first impression.

Food took a bit to come out but that’s understandable as it is fresh cooked. Cooking chicken from raw in that high volume is impressive. Shout out to the chef!! Cocktails were amazing! Atmosphere is so fun. Staff was also super friendly and accommodating. Great addition to dtw

I rated this restaurant 5 stars in everything. They have only been opened a month in a half and are doing Excellent Business. Our waitress Haley right away apologized that it was a busy night Saturday on July 8th 2023.This was my first experience and I would return for sure. I didn't know I would like the rib sauce, so Haley pleasantly gave me a side of sauce to try first. The ribs were juicy and tender when I received them, with a big order of tasty French fries. We weren't rushed out of the restaurant, even though the door never stopped opening for business. They have a band that people were anxiously waiting to hear. I am very Happy Dukes n Boots are in Willoughby Ohio.

Food is the best fried chicken anywhere in town. Best cornbread too.
Obviously the servers are new but they're working hard and we were taken care of just fine at the bar during the Willoughby Cruise-In despite the bar being packed.

The live music and atmosphere was fantastic, I cannot comment on the food or drinks because I did not have any this visit.

Exceeded expectations. Top notch service. But other than that, still a great experience with good food in a great building

Such a fun new spot in DTW! If you’re a vegetarian you have to try their mushroom sandwich. So flavorful; the pickles are delicious and the fries were spot on. It is busy since it’s brand new, but the food and drinks were totally worth the wait. Their frozen margarita was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Five stars because I liked the atmosphere, the food, and the whole concept. The restaurant is still going through its beginning phases so there are some things that need worked out… the food has a definite southern vibe but took a while to come out. The sides of sauces for the chicken were too small for the amount of chicken you get. I’d hope they’d adjust that over time. The drinks were good and a big size so that’s always a big plus. The fire department showed up because a smoke detector was going off, which was more of a funny situation than a serious one. There was never any sense of “danger.” The Mac and cheese was delicious and the spicy chicken sandwich was as well! The one major issue I had was the Togo boxes. The “eco friendly” boxes that are being used are very small and are junk. I’m all about saving the environment but at least make the box big enough/durable enough that it doesn’t collapse on my way out. Will definitely be back and it’s a must try for when you’re in downtown Willoughby!

Just stopped in for late night drinks and very happy. Chill fun good crowd. Good time.

The cornbread and homemade pickles to start set the tone for a great meal.
Everything was great.
Chicken crispy, Macaroni & Cheese was creamy and Footlong hotdog was super great with the tomato jam.
The desserts were Fantastic!
Welcoming atmosphere!

It’s new so you have to give them some grace! Overall great! Love what they are doing with it. Food was okay, not my favorite but my husband loved the food. Definitely recommend the Mac n cheese!! Yum! We will be going back
