Dunkin'

The inside was closed so I can't comment on that. However, the drive-through experience was adequate for the time considering it was rush hour but there were about 10 vehicles in line and I think I spent less than 5 minutes from start to finish. So that's not that bad. It's actually really good considering. It's a fast food place that is right across the street from a major place of employment

Every morning, I need my coffee to head to my shop in Nashville. I started coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts because I moved to Smyrna, And it is the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to, The service Is excellent and Aaliyah was friendly her customer service skills were 10 stars. I will continue to get my morning coffee at this location. Thanks Aaliyah!

They have the absolute best tasting coffee. The new fall flavors are excellent. We tried the pumpkin spice coffee, pumpkin spice muffin and the make pecan iced coffee and they were all yummy.

I generally always have a disappointing experience but todays drive thru experience was top notch, it was quick and everything I ordered was made correctly, tasted great and the employee was super professional and did a great job!

Shamefully, I go multiple times a week in the morning to this DD. It's on my way to work so it's convenient. Becky there is awesome, always friendly and smiling. Lines don't last long, and get your food fast and right. I have rarely gotten an order incorrect here and never gotten bad service.

The cashier was obviously in training and making some errors. She was going to charge me way less for what I ordered, so I repeated what I ordered so she could adjust it. She seemed confused and called for help. The manager handled the situation very well and everyone was very polite and grateful that I spoke up. I work in retail, I understand the struggle. I go to this location pretty often and always have a great experience.

Love the coffee. Bold and pretty rich flavor. Ice cream is relish, donuts sandwiches yummy. One pays more for the brand, but they deliver. Staff nice and accommodating.

I go and get me and my coworkers coffee every morning! And, I get greeted by Takarria almost every morning with a cheerful smile! Always so nice and makes my drinks the best everytime! Employee of the month should totally go to this outstanding young lady!! 😊😊

Staff is so friendly and helpful! My grandaughter wants chocolate munchkins every time I have her, she has called them "those spherical treats" since she was about 3.
