I've had a great experience using this UPS store as my Mailbox, The Employees provide good service. Service is prompt, professional and often friendly. Sometimes there is a short wait when other customers are being assisted. Good service! Thanks UPS and UPS stars! :) Onward and Upwards!

Great experience. The staff was super helpful and patient with me. Everything was quick, efficient, and well explained. I wish I knew the name of the guy that helped me on Sunday, but he was great!

The UPS at 17th a d Franklin - my home away from home! I've been a customer here for going on 5 years and have never had a problem. The employees are courteous, the services are there just as described.

A great way to have a permanent address for those transitioning periods of life - great way to keep your mail separated by address!

And as an added bonus - you can't beat the location - right in the heart of Oakland, California!

exceptional customer service: the team keeps it real and keeps things moving at this busy location. Extremely knowledgeable about international shipping & notarization. The only con is there's no a lot of parking nearby.

They are so helpful and quick at this UPS store! I've had some recent urgent needs for printing and notary services. Every time I've gone in, the team have gone above and beyond to help me out. (Also super quick and easy to ship things from here.) For those saying they 'nickel and dime' you, UPS is a large corporation with set prices so.. that's a silly notion. One thing to note is that right now you do need to book a notary appointment online and cannot just walk in. Definitely recommend this store.

I sent my daughter to the Franklin St. UPS Store to mail a box with a UPS return label, although I had some trepidation once I'd read some negative reviews here. Her experience was good, particularly since she forgot the preprinted label and had to access her email account with their computer and then print it. Although they charged her a couple of dollars for the computer use and printing, I thought the charge reasonable, especially since the guy there also taped the label to the package and closed and taped the package. He was prompt, and she was out quickly. Since I wasn't there, I can't say that he was warm and friendly, but he certainly was helpful.

This UPS is always on point. The manager (male notary) is generous, accommodating, and always in a great mood. Once when I came in for notary service, I watched him patiently teach a younger employee the notary process. All with a smile on his face.

This is such a fantastic UPS store. Notary is fast and affordable ($15!) and there is always someone available to do it. Yes, the store is busy at the end of the day, but the team is doing their best under pressure. I appreciate this store so much.

They sure have some sturdy boxes at UPS. Great for shipping. I went in and got a box earlier today and the staff was very attentive, friendly, and helpful. The box was 3.99 plus tax which is a great price. I'm going to come back

Always a pleasure doing business at this location. The friendly staff always do their best to find the perfect package for my mailing needs and never hesitate to answer questions or lend a hand. I’m grateful for this conveniently located UPS Store and everyone who works here!

This is not a good place though for printing out a page. They have strange minimum pricing.

I went to this store for taking my passport photos. Two Asian men are working at the time, they were very nice. After he took my photo, he said if I don't like the picture, he can take another one before printing. Very reasonable price and I was happy for their customer servics.

Ups is better than usps fasho.

Quick service, opens on time, decent street parking. One of the better stores in this area. Your doing good.
