Just the best and most honest place to get my medical supplies from ... No headache's .a place where they listen to you and your needs... I'm going to make this my permenet place for my insurance and medical supplies. Five bright stars.

They helped me when my wheelchair kept making a clicking noise. They are so thoughtful and kind it makes it easy to come back.

Our shipment of ultrasound gel didn't come in time and I had to buy some last minute from At-Home Medical. Called in and they were willing to put the last bottle aside until I could get there a few hours later. The staff is awesome! Thank you for such a great experience!

If there is an expression that goes *above* "ABOVE AND BEYOND", Betty and Katrina deserve that!

I was on the phone with my insurance company, insurance group, and ALL my doctors that have seen me to get authorization for a wheelchair because I haven't been able to walk more than 5 steps without running out of breath and just needing to lie down for more than a month.

MANY MANY tests to try to find the cause of these symptoms, 2 ER visits within a week, and still NO DIAGNOSIS lead me to have none of my doctors try to help me in authorizing a wheelchair until the symptoms get better or we finally find out what's wrong.
I was devastated that everyone was passing my issue around like hot potato, that they didn't want to hold it and be responsible for it.

My Mother suggested visiting At-Home Medical after seeing how me advocating for myself through insurance and doctors yielded no results.

Betty and Katrina first left us alone to browse, and when we were ready to ask questions, Betty was very quick to understand my needs. She also explained the limitations of insurance companies so I could see which options would be available if they *did* approve a wheelchair rental.
This was CRUCIAL for my understanding and expectations going forward.

Betty found a smaller, lighter wheelchair that my Mother could push and load into the car easily. She made sure my Mother knew how to maneuver, fold, and load the wheelchair, and reassured us that if we had ANY questions, she was there to support us.

I don't think I've hugged a sales associate that many times in my life, but the hug with Betty was a REAL one.
I feel relieved to find such a supportive, resourceful, and friendly place to get all my needs and questions taken care of.

15/10 would recommend!

So glad I stopped in. Their product selection is top notch, I was able to find an amazing power wheelchair here, and really try it out before buying it.

Their staff (Jyson in particular) were extremely helpful and gave me all the information I needed to make the right choices.

Took my mom there to get some compression socks and the 2 gentlemen working were just amazing and so helpful. I really appreciated the great care they gave. Highly recommend.

The whole staff was amazing and went above and beyond to help me while I was unable to walk. They were able to accommodate me with a same day power chair rental and even accommodated the return based on my travel plans. They helped disassemble and pack the chair into my vehicle. Due to medical needs of my mother over the past few years I have shopped here for various items. I am greeted each time I enter the store and the staff always walks me to the items that I need. I appreciate this friendly staff and it is a pleasure shopping here.

While unable to solve my problem, I was very impressed with how their customer service went out of their way to help me find a solution.

All Home Medical Supply on Convoy was great! They really helped me every step of the way with my Knee Scooter Rental. Lori made sure it was all adjusted perfectly for me before I even left the store and Betty really made my returning it a breeze. Betty was so very helpful over the phone and even offered to extend me an additional day due to my final doctor appt being on the same day as I was to return the cart. I did not need it but it was less stressful knowing I had the option. In addition Betty extended my cart an additional month very easily with just a quick phone call when my recovery was taking longer than anticipated. I am a teacher who was attending a conference in San Diego, California. After having a surgery that left me immobile I had to bring my leg scooter to move around. The first morning of the conference my tire deflated and I was forced to use a walker to get around the San Diego Convention Center, as well as having another class at the Hyatt Hotel. I was devastated and contacted At-Home Medical. Lori was a God-Send, she was efficient, patient, and extremely helpful; within hours she had a scooter delivered to me and I was able to remain at the Conference. If you have any mobility issues I would suggest At-Home Medical and ask for Lori. She made life for me a whole lot easier, and I bet she’ll do the same for you.

My experience with All Home Medical Supply was very good and positive. On Scott’s first visit he assessed my husband’s safety needs, and recommended several options, and explained it all to us very thoroughly. All our questions were answered in a timely manner. Andre who came to deliver and install the equipment, did a fabulous job and was extremely professional. After deciding to care for my Mother in her home. I came to All Home Medical Supply store to purchase all her needed supplies. Everyone was so kind and helpful. It has been 21/2 years and I am pleased to (still) say that the service is great. I have developed a good rapport with most of the members on staff especially --- Betty, Frances, Jyson, Lori and Paul. The teams knowledge and advice is awesome.

All Home Medical installed a chair lift in our home. The work was performed very professionally and on time by Scott and Alfredo. Because our staircase was a non-standard configuration, All Home worked with the manufacturer to customize a solution for us without compromising functionality. Subsequently, after using the chair-lift a short-time, I requested a seat adjustment. Alfredo responded the next day, adjusted the seat and tested the mechanism to make sure that the chair-lift was operating properly. The service was impressive and I highly-recommend All Home Medical Supply.

I recently visited the store to pick up thigh high compression stockings. Everyone was helpful and friendly. They did the measurements and gave me different options. I must say I’m really impressed by the level of customer service. Will be returning for my future needs. Thanks Betty for amazing service!

From the moment I was greeted as I walked in the door to the moment I walked out with my bag of supplies I felt that I was an important customer. All Home Medical Supply has absolutely everything you would want when it comes to medical care products. Lori was knowledgable, friendly and answered all my questions with professionalism and care. They have a bunch of cool things in the store to make life easier for your loved ones care. I will be back next time I need items for my husband who is ill.

My wife and I visited All Home Medical Supply in San Diego to buy some Compression Stockings for travel purposes. These stockings help prevent DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis) when sitting for long periods on overseas flights.
We were helped by Lori who was very knowledgeable about the different types of stockings (giving less or more compression) available. We were shown which ones would suit us best and she was so helpful in our selection even with the colors available. Lori also showed us how to put them on.
Amazing service by Lori. BTW the store itself is just stocked so well with supplies for all types of medical aids.
As a Postscript we did wear these stockings on our trip overseas and we would absolutely recommend wearing them on long flights; you wouldn't know you have them on!
