I went to Lovitts on market street, .I found they had a good selection of cars in my price range.
And to my astonishment, I was able to buy with no money down , because they used one of there many financing options. So i was able to get a great rate ,and my payments are about half of what i thought they would be! thanks for all your hard work! So my credit was a lot better than i thought.
I also was able to get a 24 k mile warranty at a great price included in my payments.all within a hour from start to finish. So check them out, if your credit is not perfect they will finance it on the lot for you!

Thank You Mark! Glad you could get my loan through Piedmont and have a great warranty for cheap, a lot of places make money on warranty and I felt your company was looking out for me . See you soon with my son, he will need 1st car and you had a good price range of those too.

I got an expedition from the one by the memorial bridge... Never truly had a major issue in 4 years of driving. This place on the other hand... I just got a car from them. It had little issue with some smoke. Could not find where from. Was told it was little oil on exhaust from engine swap. Drove car less than hour per day for first week. Then I got in right spot way to need to travel further. After 2 hours the engine was heated enough to show the engine is about to throw a rod. Because it s AS-IS I am now in the car for $6000 on car $1000 for Financing and another $1000 for new engine... They offer nothing in response. Going for a test drive? DRIVE IT FAR ENOUGH TO GET OIL GOOD AND HEATED. 30 miles+ Otherwise you may be like me with a year and a half of payments and a dead engine.

PS Staff all really nice.

Bought a 2005 Ford Escape 4 months ago. I made all my payments on time & when I went to their office to make another payment they told me that they had sold my loan to a different company without informing me! Now making payments to a lender in Florida. And this week my car broke down & has to have an entire new computer installed at the Ford dealership, $1,500. They sell vehicles that should be salvaged, they sell your loan without consulting or informing you. Worst experience in purchasing a car that I've ever had. Take my advice, don't waste your time or your money at this dealership. Dishonest & very unprofessional.

Stay away this dealership. I had worse experience. Let me explain I called them about this car on the picture and tell them I will take a loan from Navy Fed and I will be there as soon as my loan is approval. They told me everything is perfect about the car. the website said it was AUTOMATIC transmission and the confirmed that it was AUTOMATIC when I called them to verify

I went there from Jacksonville NC, 1hour and 20 minutes away to find out the car was stick sift and really bad on inside. I am posting pic on here They are worse dealership I ever see.

The website has not been updated and the car is still listed as Automatic and it was 11:00 am 12/15/16 when I checked with them. it is now 10:30pm 12/15/16 and they have not changed the status of the car.

The dealer was unprofessional, unapologetic, and rather than at least feel sorry for my situation they tried to pass the blame on each other and didn't even try to offer me a compensation or another deal.

My brother purchased a vehicle with them 8 months ago. Well recently paint started to chip and fall off the bumper is falling off, and he peeled up the floor mat to see there was excessive wear in the floor boards. He was told that the car was stolen in another state so they had to apply for a salvage title. He went to Toyota to trade it in and they found the carfax that supposedly wasn't available. The car was in a "deemed totaled" accident. Never seen him so pissed.

Bought a 2006 ford expedition. Soon as I left the lot the car started a little jerk. I thought maybe it was from sitting a while. The next day the car was smoking from under the hood. Wouldn't crank. And then when it would crank and drive it would cut off at random time over and over. I took it back to lovitts Tuesday. It's still sitting there and it's Saturday. I finally called them thus morning g and Bruce, (a very rude salesman) said that he thought the mechanic had called. It was going to be about 700 bucks to fix it. ..my question is why do I have to pay for something that was already happening when I bought it. If I had all that money I definitely wouldn't be going to lovitts. . To me they seem like a last resort. Rude and sell bad cars. I wish I had my money back.

I bought my first vehicle, a 2002 Ford F150XLT, from here and was satisfied for the first 4 months of driving. I then started havIng issues and attempted an oil change which had sludge in the pan and added coolant that seemed to be watered down and was evaporating, and the issues were fixed for a short period of time. My truck is now parked and I am forced to attempt an engine change myself. The more I dig into this truck the more issues seen. Bad gaskets, stripped bolts in the exhaust system, etc. I am now paying on whats slowly becoming a lawn ornament.

I went to the website and saw a vehicle that was listed LIKE NEW with less than 100k on it. I called to see if the vehicle was still available and it was, so I packed up my family and drove over an hour to get there only to find out that it had over 180k on it among other issues. after test driving it and finding out that it ran pretty well my wife and I decided to purchase it only to have the salesman rush me to pay, he even wanted me to pay in cash and was very reluctant to accept and other forms of payment because he said that he had to pay his employees. After signing the papers I told them that I was going to need the plates mailed to me for I cannot keep driving out of town, they agreed and we waited, only to find out that the message never got to anyone and my plates have been sitting there for quite awhile. Also after signing the papers I went to take her home only to have the car shut off on me at a gas station and again in traffic and kept shutting off and turning itself back on in said traffic, at one point I couldn't get it to go above 45 mph, I had to pull over in a parking lot and leave it there until I could find out what was wrong. Turns out that the battery that was in there was 440 cca and the one I needed was 700 cca, this was not the case the day before when I test drove it, so in other words I now had a battery that was to small and could not keep the car powered and due to this the alternator was bad, I had to replace both the battery and the alternator all within the first 12 hours of owning it. if your looking to purchase a vehicle don't do it here trust me it will not be worth your time or money.
