Burger King

The staff here are so nice. They have a great system and team work that they get orders out quickly, even when busy. One of the friendlier and quicker places.

Went through the drive through tonight and was very satisfied with the employee running the drive thru! Was super polite and super kind to my friend and I! I was very impressed with her level of positive attitude to help and attend to the guest. Didn't catch her name. And couldn't find my receipt. But at was Monday, Sept 25, 2023 around 9pm-10pm window if that helps get her the recognition she deserves! Great Job tonight! Thanks for your kind service!

I tried using the mobile app to order through the drive up. For some reason it wasn't working but the manager took it upon himself to go ahead and discount my food for the inconvenience. The food was fresh,service was great.

I always end up here couple times a month late at night & the staff is always so friendly. I forgot my debit card once & they kept it safe for me for days until I noticed it gone :) never have had any problems with my food or staff ❤

Pretty OK I fell into a grease pit in the parking lot, and the staff was very nice. They gave me bread and BBQ sauce.

I stop here often. This Burger King in particular stands out to me for being super clean and super friendly.

This is definitely the better of the two. Placed my mobile order and pulled into the drive thru and they found it quickly. Sadly they were out of sweet tea, but that's not their fault. I know it's hit or miss for fast food places early in the morning. They also made the food fresh and walked it to our truck. Pretty sure the manager was working the window and he did an amazing job. Thank you!

Amazing service! I don't usually eat here, but this has been the best Burger King I have gone to. I spoke to the most kind and patient lady while ordering in the drive thru. When I pulled up to the window, I had the most professional young man I have encountered at a drive through restaurant. This location definitely knows how to hire good, friendly, and professional workers!

I've been going to this Burger King for years, but today the staff was astoundingly friendly! The fella that took our order had very positive energy and so did the rest of the team at this location! Wonderful synergy among the team. Food was also brought out extremely fast! 10/10 would Burger King again.

Stopped in to get burgers for a family pet. Them puppy dog eye balls she wanted burgers so I stopped. Then proceeded to take her home and those burgers were gone. See those tears ,I just had to get her burgers!

My kid only eats like 5 things and cheeseburger only ketchup with fries is one of the things. My order is only wrong when it's a new person, but they are quick to fix it for us. Go often staff if very friendly and kind to my son which makes it special for him.

Arrived during lunch time. The girl helped me figure out the phone app with great patience. Food was hot and very good. Also liked that we could have free refills.

My VERY FAVORITE place to eat. The restaurant located at Arsenal St in Watertown New York is the ABSOLUTE GREATEST and Julie Davis was so patient with my son. Thank you for having employees just like her. THE GREATEST PLACE to eat out for my family.

You know even when they mess up my order it's still good. I'd sacrifice anyone to have Burger King and I think that's pretty cool. ;-;

Spicy nugs are still delicious but sadly not the king of burgers but if you upgrade to one of there 5-7 dollar sandwiches your in for a treat very clean fresh and decent staff.

Super fast and hot food. I’m 5 trips in so far since we moved here and haven’t been let down. Accurate and friendly service. By far one of the best BK’s I’ve visited.

For your convenience at Burger King I recommend highly to go through the drive-thru and get you there quicker then walk into place your order they take out orders through the drive-thru as a lot quicker for food-wise you can get mostly anything you need and they make it fast and easier so you can get in and out especially at noon hour when people take your lunch break through 1 to 10 I have to give it 11 I don't normally do that but this is the way it is for a good King is the place to go have a great day this is Jurgen Vern telling everybody to try it goodbye
