When I needed to get my ring fixed the jeweler I used said it wasn’t possible. However, I took it to Bremer and they were able to offer a solution. They are very professional and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I will continue to give all my jewelry needs to Bremer!

I went in with a broken band, loose stones, and very dirty rings. They were able to clean and fix everything in a short amount of time! My ring looks better than ever! They are so friendly and know exactly what they are talking about! Would recommend to anyone!!

My experience with Bremer & Katie Black was amazing!! I found a beautiful setting from Noam Carver and had some stones brought in to look over and choose. Once the round stones arrived, I found that I wasn't liking them as much as I hoped. However, they had a highly graded Princess cut stone in stock that I really liked. I changed my mind and went with the princess cut stone. They had the setting customized to accommodate the change. Katie Black and the staff were great to deal with! They gave valuable insight and recommendations, while still allowing me to make the best decision for my fiancé. She absolutely loves the ring!!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I needed a watch battery and a jewelry repair on a quick turnaround as I was leaving the next day. They were able to work with me and get it done at a very reasonable price. I’ve bought several pieces there and have always been pleased.

I have had two pieces of jewelry, both rings, custom made at Bremer in Bloomington. Both are beautiful creations, beautifully crafted with only a black and white photo as a guide. Custom pieces take time so plan well in advance. The outcome was worth the wait. These are pieces I can pass down to family, but for now I have the pleasure of wearing them every day. It's been a good experience working with David and his staff.

We purchased my wedding set in 2016 and I needed to have my bands resized. We moved out of state but I only trusted Bremer to make the change. I called a few weeks ahead of a planned trip back to Illinois and they were so accommodating and were able to work me into their schedule. I am thrilled with how my rings turned out.

I purchased my wife's wedding band and engagement ring from Bremer and have had phenomenal service from the beginning. Eventually, I bought my wife an additional wedding band from them and they soldered it for us flawlessly.

Every time I go back, whether it's to just get the rings cleaned or replace a battery in a watch, the team at Bloomington is always top notch with their welcoming presence and service. David and Larum are fantastic and do a superb job running that location!

From the time we came in until we left, we were treated with the utmost respect! The employees were courteous and VERY helpful in taking care of us! Even the little guy we had with us, they had a treasure chest filled with trinkets he could choose from. Other jewelry stores act so uppty and snotty but not them! The diamond mount in my wife's ring was bent and needed a good cleaning. It looked like a new ring when I picked it up. The gentleman I talked to was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely return when any jewelry needs fixed or cleaned. Highly recommended.
