I brought in a ring what belonged to my grandmother that has way more sentimental value than it does monetary value. I had smashed it between a wall and a door at work. It needed a lot of work. They repaired it be it’s original beauty in a very timely manner and the cost was very reasonable. I will 100% return to Jack Lewis Jewelers and will recommend them to anyone who asks. While we were there picking the ring up, the also cleaned my wedding ring, my husbands wedding ring as well as the diamond studs I was wearing! Excellent service!!

Great welcome upon arrival. Was shown great options for an anniversary gift (for me) that were texted to my husband. I also purchased a lovely pair of earrings while there! Great options with a good range of price points.

I used Jack Lewis to get some jewelry sized, some repaired and have a custom piece made from my parents diamonds after they passed away. I could not be more pleased with Jack Lewis. They we excellent to work with. The repairs we done on time and my pieces came back looking more beautiful than when I left them. I am so excited to see my custom piece. Jack Lewis staff listened and worked with me to design exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be more grateful for the relationship I now have with Jack Lewis. I took my mom’s wedding pearl necklace from 1964 to Jack Lewis to be restrung. From the moment I walked in, the staff were courteous and helpful. After examining the necklace, they saw that the clasp was broken. I did not notice that before. I was very happy that they found that. The necklace was restrung and looks amazing! I am 100 percent satisfied with Jack Lewis and would recommend to others. Thank you for the great job!

I went in yesterday to buy a new timepiece to celebrate my new job. Scott was a pleasure to work with. He was patient and very knowledgeable on the inner workings specs on the movements in the watches. He gave valuable insights and I was able to walk out with a piece I had been eyeing for a while on my wrist. I will definitely be back for my future jewelry and timepiece needs!

I came into Jack Lewis needing an old ring fixed up with a new stone on a tight timeline. Devan was a pleasure to work with keeping me on budget and meeting my short timeline needs. Five stars from me and future business.

I worked with Tammy in getting a Mother’s ring redone due to a large arthritic knuckle. She was great to work with and was able to find a solution that looks great! The clasp allows me to open the ring to be able to remove it but has a release button that can be used as a safety feature which will be very helpful as well.

My now fiancée and I went to Jack Lewis and worked with Jim. From the very beginning of the process I shared what I was wanting, from specifics to overall wishes in what I wanted in my ring. He went above and beyond expectations. From check ins, to models, to just a super positive customer service experience it was incredible. He truly seemed joyful through the whole process and that he has passion in what he does. The ring was exactly what I hoped for and more! The manager Tami was extremely pleasant and kind, when I went in for some sizing tweaks as well. I would recommend this jeweler establishment to anyone! It was recommended to me and we’re so happy we chose them because it was so special and we’ll continue to go there for both of our bands!

I have had only wonderful experiences with the staff here, and the service they provide which is above and beyond. I have stopped in the store for their complimentary cleanings for my jewelry, tightening a clasp on a bracelet, as well as rhodium plating & polishing my white gold rings. They have restored several heirloom pieces that turn out fantastic. I always look forward to going back!

I stepped into Jack Lewis one day during my visit from Arizona- and just browsing - but saw a spectacular gold ring with small diamonds in a compass like setting - had to have it! I also took a glance at a small section of a display case of ‘Estate Pieces’ and found a gorgeous blue topaz pear shaped stone set in 10 it gold - I love both pieces So much. The service at JL jewelry is amazing. So helpful with great to know info about each stone or setting. Free on the spot sizing and I’m off to the airport. Went to Jack Lewis for permanent jewelry for Mother’s Day and it could not have been a more fun experience. Will definitely be going back- and leaving a wish list on file… what a good service to offer!

Jim helped us find our wedding bands! He was very knowledgeable about all options and very professional. He helped us find what we liked and we left getting exactly what we wanted. 10/10 experience and we will be back!

I went into Jack Lewis because I received a gift card for Christmas for a permanent bracelet. The staff was awesome. So very nice and ready to assist. I absolutely love my bracelet. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend them.

Needed my watch repaired but they needed to send it away. Had an estimate in 2 days and back on my wrist in 4 days. Wonderfull communication and less than I expected for repairs. Great experience all around.

I had come from a different store that could not repair the necklace in time so I called Jack Lewis to inquire if they would have time to get it repaired by the date that I needed it back. I was told yes and to drop it off at the store. The gentleman who waited on me when I arrived was professional and gave excellent customer service. The competition store was going to charge me $20 more and said that they suspected the necklace would need to be repaired again in the future because of how dainty it was & that the repair would likely not last. Jack Lewis sales person informed me that of-course they would be willing to repair it again if necessary. The necklace had significant sentimental value to my daughter because her Papa gave it to her and she wanted to wear it to his celebration of life on Jan 6th. I received a text before the estimated date that the necklace was repaired and ready to be picked up. I gratefully appreciated the customer service, craftsmanship of the repair and thoughtful consideration to get it done in time for our family service. Thank you again.

The diamond was loose in my engagement ring and I asked them to tighten it. They recommended adding some metal for a more permanent fix. This ended up being great advice. I was very satisfied with what they did.

After 18 years of wear, my white gold engagement ring and wedding band were scratched and had begun to yellow. They had also gotten snug, to the point that I could no longer wear them. I took them to Jack Lewis Jewelers for a consultation and opted for the “ReBling” package and also had them resized and appraised. Tami gave me an upfront quote so there were no surprise costs. Their jewelers did an amazing job! They look brand new I am so happy to be able to wear them again!

I also was in the market for a diamond and sapphire wedding band and Devan helped me pick out the perfect one. She was so helpful and friendly. All of the staff I have encountered at Jack Lewis have been top notch. I will be returning for all my future jewelry needs.
