I had a great experience in DSM renting the Toyota carry. (Nice car) Reed was very helpful, and made it simple for me. I had no issues which was nice, because I was home for a funeral. I was able to just breeze thru and not worry about the car or anything.

Reed and staff were really friendly and fast! I was in and out within 20mins and had the spacious vehicle I needed!! Definitely will be going back for my next rental!!

Reed Nibley and Benjamin Leibold were very accomodating and helped us out when a vehicle that we booked was not available. We needed a different vehicle quick for a planned trip, and they made sure it happened.

Went to Enterprise on Euclid in Des Moines after hitting a deer to get a rental. They were really nice and very helpful and answered all my questions.

Me and my newborn traveled to ms and we had to stop frequently so I could feed and change him. So I loved the extra space The car I rented had an issue so I was upgraded at no charge , rep was really apologetic and they also had a lost and found for an item I left in the car when I dropped it off. Great location !

I almost rented a car with Hertz as it was closer for a similar price, but the reviews were painfully consistent. This Enterprise location had great reviews, so I went with it- and it was a good choice. Service was very quick at pick up and drop off. The vehicle was perfect, the price was good, and I got the reservation price but didn’t have to pay until pick up. I’d rent from here again next time I’m in town ⭐

Extremely nice and sincere. Best customer service I have had from a rental company. Very detailed about add ons and extra functions in the car. Reed was absolutely amazing.

I really appreciated the service and kindness, it was raining when I picked up the car so the team members pulled it into the garage so I would would stay dry while going over the inspection

I stopped in on Monday, 16 April 2019 to make arrangements of picking up a truck on that coming Wednesday. The staff at this location are friendly courteous and very professional. On Wednesday I just had a little bit of paperwork and I was driving down the road. I mainly picked enterprise because of all the positive reviews of former customers. The Dodge 2500 that I rented was new very clean and had lots of power which was nice since I trailered a vehicle across the state. These people are awesome to deal with, and I’d recommend this location to anyone. Thanks Brayton!

Best experience customer service vise I’ve ever had! They really put my needs first! I rented a f 250 for a week and they took care of the mileage for me! 1000% would recommend to everyone I talk to!!!

I easily reserved the car on the Enterprise web site.
When I arrived to pick up the car, I was given a free upgrade and all paperwork was completed quickly and with great courtesy.
After a brief introduction to the car (which was brand new :~}),
I was on my way.
I did call back with a few questions about the car and my questions were answered promptly and accurately.
A great experience and the assurance of a vehicle that would get me to my destination safely and in style.

Just don't go without a reservation. My hubby is a large man. And we ended up with smallest car in the world. He had to peel himself out.

We had a fabulous experience with our Enterprise office. Our family had rented a car for my parents to go away on a long weekend for their 50th anniversary. We rented a sedan but were given a free upgrade to a small SUV - something my 6'5" father could fit more comfortably. The staff was wonderful, the experience smooth - and we even saved money from the quoted price. We'll definitely be back.

I have rented here many time and it's always an easy pickup and return of cars at this location.
I had issues with their road side assistance. They were of no help at all when I was transferred to them. I am glad I didn't have a serious car problem that I needed their help.

I go here once a week because we only have one car and my boyfriend needs a car to get to school for the next 12 weeks. Everything time I go the service is fast and amazing. The assistant manager, I think his name is Tray? Is always super professional, informative, and efficient. I’ll always go back to this location. Oh yeah I definitely don’t want to forget Keria, she is absolutely amazing!

Very pleased with the employees. They kept me in touch about the insurance company extended my rental. Loved the 2018 Toyota Corolla. And the fact they picked me up & bring me home. Definitely would recommend this service to anyone. Thank you
