The customer service was incredible. They got us in quickly and were able to get our car repaired in an expedited manner. They kept us posted on repair statuses throughout the process. I would certainly utilize them again for any future repairs.

Joel did an amazing job keeping me updated on the repair of our 23’ Civic Si and delivered one day ahead of schedule. The vehicle looks brand new again and you can’t even recognize the hit and run collision by the other party. Great customer service, Joel MacCargar informed me twice a week on my truck service, great communication, Young lady at the desk Kayla was great at giving me information. Communicated really well. They did not let the insurance adjuster low ball the repairs. Car was spotless when we picked it up. We highly recommend them and will use them for all our body and glass work going forward.

in a satisfying time looks fabulous . Already made an appointment to get more work done. He went beyond the call making sure all programming was reset including my remote garage door opener. My car was cleaned inside an out including the trunk.

Worked with USAA to service my car here. Everything happened very quickly and I didn’t come close to the rental 30 limit. Of course my repairs weren’t very severe, but Lashonda made the process smooth sailing. Thanks!

Zach was great with updates twice per week! The overall customer service exceeded my expectations. The closest BMW certified collision center is roughly 3 hours from my location so after seeing the reviews here on gerber I settled on it and they did not disappoint! Parts were by far the headache due to supply chain but I got my car in time for Marine Corps Ball and Christmas!

They did an excellent job on our Pacifica, it looks like nothing ever happened. The service was excellent and Lashonda was a big help.

Definitely recommend this place. I hit a deer and had extensive damage to the front of my car. Joel was very professional and attentive with any questions or updates on my vehicle. I was skeptical at first, but after seeing the results, there’s no doubt in my mind that Gerber Collision & Glass is the best there is. Not only did I receive my car ahead of schedule, but they left it looking better than new. Further, every week I’d receive a call or a text updating me on my car’s status. Their work ethic and customer service is truly unmatched. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I took my 2010 C6 Z06 here for some repairs after someone hit my front bumper and fender. Michelle, Zach, and Dwayne were extremely helpful during the repair process. The car came back earlier than the estimated completion date and looks absolutely amazing! You cannot tell that anything ever happened to the car. The paint matches the car flawlessly. Would highly recommend taking any car that needs repairs here. The whole staff here really seems to have their stuff together and they provided updates consistently throughout the whole repair process and they were able to work with me, so I could pick up my car outside of normal hours. Although I hope to never have to have my car repaired again due to an accident, I would definitely bring it back to here!

The repair quality of Gerber Collision & Glass is superb! They had assured me my car would be back to pre-accident condition, and it is. I am so happy about that, especially since my car is less than 2 years old. It was hit, while parked, by a delivery truck, but Gerber Collision & Glass fixed it “good as new!” They were professional, courteous, & friendly & they kept me informed of the progress being made. My car was done when they said it would be & it was cleaner when I picked it up than it was when I dropped it off to them! I am grateful my local Honda dealership recommended Gerber Collision & Glass & I, too, highly recommend them!

I was have a bad experience with another shop smh and Gerber collision and glass saved me!!!! There staff is friendly polite and helpful. They took my car from other shop and work fast and efficient. The other shop took 3 almost 4 months to work on my car and got nothing done but Gerber finished everything with in a month I was very pleased. During my waiting they stayed in touch with me with either phone call or text. The communication was great. I recently experienced a noise on the side they fix they told me to come in asap. I did and they had me in and out with in 30 mins. I really appreciate not getting a run around. I highly recommend there service to everyone. Thank you Gerber collision and glass.
