Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Great service, our waitress Raine was amazing and stayed on top of the drinks,fries and would update us on the food coming out. The food was on point, the burgers had the best flavor. Kids menu was great and a lot of variety. Go have fun and enjoy a night out!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Red Robin, where the exceptional service from our server, Amber, truly made our experience memorable.

Some of the best service I've ever had in a restraunt. The manager personally coming out and telling me about their sauces and how much he enjoys serving people ties it all together. Our amazing server was also perfect at her job she checked just the right amount and made sure we had everything we needed to make the dinner one to never forget. The food was the best part of it though the campfire sauce tasted good with litterally everything. Will definitely be coming here again.

Clean and sanitary location. I've always enjoyed their bottomless lemonades and fries. Food is always served hot and every waitress we had has been friendly, approachable, and very attentive. I always recommend Red Robin as they've never been a disappointment to me or my family. I also like their free birthday burger.

I had the fondue hamburger, it was absolutely fantastic, I enjoyed my hamburger so much and I really appreciate the bottomless fries. Would recommend 100%.

The Service was Spectacular. Today I went there for my Birthday reward, a delicious Red Robin Gourmet Cheese Burger with fries, Absolutely delicious. My Husband ordered the Monster Burger, he loved every delicious bite. I would definitely recommend Red Robin's and if your not a rewards member...definitely join

First time to Red Robin and we loved it. Great burgers and the pizza was pretty good too. Service was great and they reasonably priced for the portions.

THE BEST BURGER I HAVE EVER HAD. Double bacon fantastic cheeseburger! Stop what you’re doing and get to Red Robin ASAP and get a burger. This was made by BIG JOHN in the kitchen. The best burger ever! The garlic fries were great as always. The wait staff was prompt and patient as I didn’t know what I wanted at first. There are several different choices to choose from. YOU’LL THANK ME LATER!

Our server was Russell and he was excellent. The food is top notch as always. It was a great experience for our father / daughter date.

First time Ever having Red Robin’s and mannn… The waiter Damien was so welcoming on top of that checked in every 5-10mins the food was fast and Delicious i think I might have diabetes after this visit but worth dieing happy lol. Most definitely coming again next timeline

Took my son and daughter for a birthday lunch today, and for the first time, my kids got to experience the happy birthday singing at a restaurant! They ate it up, brother was on his pedestal and sissy stood and sang along. Makes me think of all they missed as little ones during the lockdown yada yada. The crew today was on point, and it was very much appreciated... nice to see the world is still full of good, well-intentioned peeps. ✌

I was craving a big juicy burger and this hit the spot. It was so delicious. Only small complaint is my husband had garlic fries and they were a little too greasy.
We went on a Saturday night and had no wait. Inside was nice and clean, really cute. Our server Kim was super attentive and friendly.

Mindy was amazing! Second time we have had her and she took care of us as if we were the only ones in the restaurant! 10 stars for Mindy! Always love the food!

Took My Nephew today for his 19th Birthday. It's his favorite Restaurant in Jacksonville. He was given a birthday hat and a staff member took his picture outside the restaurant. Incredible service and friendly. I believe the staff member name was Clara. The place made My Nephew have great birthday!!

My family and I went here for lunch yesterday, January 24th. Unfortunately, we had to leave early as we received an urgent phone call. We couldn't dine, but, our server, Daymien (sp?) was awesome. He was friendly and incredibly helpful in the short time we were there. If at all possible, ask to be seated in his section. 10/10.

Our waitress was OUTSTANDING!!!! She was so friendly and attentive to our needs. We had 2 free birthday burgers and she helped us split the meal so we could both celebrate together. We left with full bellies and huge smiles on our faces. Delicious food as always 😁

Alexis provided great service. The cook in the back was 🔥. Every detail from plating the food to evenly distributed condiments really shows there passion for what they do. Completely emptied every plate 😊. I can’t wait for this mud pie 🤤

New menu items, broad pricing of their burgers. Many choices on the menu. They have changed their decor to be more contemporary. The atmosphere is friendly and family oriented. The only drawback, if you're looking for a quiet environment this is not the restaurant. It is loud.
