Friendly, helpful clean and good prices. Sadly they were out of my first choice of bait but they had my second and third so it was ok. They've almost always got what I want and they're the first place I check for gear or bait.

I love this local bait shop. It has a great variety of live and frozen bait. Plus table and poles.

best bait shop in the bay if you ask me my ghost shrimp stayed alive for about five days after purchasing and going out for a full day of fishing the proof is in the puding.

Kindest and nicest bait shop owner you will ever come across in the entire Bay Area! Always have a smile on his face and is never selfish! If the bait is bad, he always compromise and let you know if it’s small or close to dieing. I’ve had terrible experiences in several bait shops in the bay, this by far is my number one go to spot.

This is a seriously great place if you want live bait. I use bloodworms a lot and they're always in stock and in great shape. I checked out the water system Victor uses for the mud shrimp, etc. Real clean.

Ever been to the place in San Jose(no names)? Sold me dead bloodworms and their ghost and mud shrimp are sketchy. Buyer beware there.

These guys always have what I need and they are very friendly helpful. I seen one of the guys when I was crab fishing by Muir Beach that's when I found out they're reopening good for them these guys have my support awesome bait shop
