There was a point where the mediator requested clarification on a whole list of claims from my former landlord, and I felt a bit defeated, but Jasper reassured me that it was normal for the mediator to kind of push back a bit, and not to give up.

Because of this, I was able to write out thorough clarifications/accounts which were instrumental in supporting my settlement counteroffer, and it was quickly accepted by my former landlord!

Because of Jasper's guidance, we were able to negotiate a large settlement amount (especially for a housing discrimination case), and necessary training for my former rental staff.

Additionally, Jasper was so compassionate, and made sure that my retainer went as far as possible, because he knew I was disabled and low-income.

The initial meeting and discussion was fine, but when we went to actually work together I felt pushed off for other priorities from the attorney I retained, Katie Raisch.

This attorney also sent me a template document that had mistakes and (what I’m assuming was) another clients name on it, it wasn’t mine. So I’m looking at it as a blessing that I have learned some lessons on what I need from an attorney, and that someone lacking that attention to detail is not handling my case.
