I’m adding another 95 stars. They came out in our new ac. Connett says about 5 hours and we will be there at 730 they were here at 7 15 and it was 5 hours. How ever they were courteous and friendly and even changed the filter in our furnace. I recommend to everybody.. thanks Hanna Deanna Dan Mike and Adam for a job well done.. KEEP UP THE great work

I had Pete come out to checkup on my AC and Furnace. He explained their status and longevity as well as advised on opportunities in a clear, concise and honest manner.

I may not look forward to having to call for service, but I will know that Connett will be there to help out!

Using this company was a great experience all around. They are responsive, helpful and reliable. They checked in on the progress of our work and made sure we got the best service for our needs without applying unreasonable charges. I have interacted with 5 separate technicians at our house and they were all VERY kind and considerate.

From the beginning, this was a great experience. They were easy to get a service call scheduled, showed up on time. Juan was very knowledgeable and thorough throughout his maintenance and did a great job recapping everything. Would 10/10 recommend.

My service technician Pete was great.
I had several questions and he explained the answers well.
He did my AC inspection in a timely manner and made several suggestions as my unit is quite old.
I continue to have confidence in this company.

Juan did an excellent job checking our washer, dryer and refrigerator. I made a warranty claim through American Home Warranty and Connett Heating Cooling was selected as the contractor to check on our systems. They called me immediately after recieving the claim from AHW and politely scheduled a visit.
Juan was extremely respectful and knowledgeable. I appreciated his patience in listening to the issues I described and his attention to detail in testing each appliance. I'm grateful he gave me his trust in what I was saying and he paid close attention.
Even though my refrigerator ended up not having any issues, Juan went above and beyond to vacuum all the dust from under the fridge to make sure it was performing it's best.
I will definitely be reaching out to Connett in the future regardless if it's through warranty. Two thumbs up. They are BBB Accredited too!

So far so good! This is our first time using Connett, who was referred by our neighbor. Juan was awesome-took time to explain, answer questions and gave detailed info on what he was going to be doing w/ the AC unit.

I am so IMPRESSED! I called for service when my thermostat died when I tried to turn my air on this week. Within 1-1/2 hours my service tech Pete had it replaced and had instructed me on how the new one worked. I am so pleased with Pete’s knowledge and attention to detail; and with Deanna’s getting it scheduled so quickly. Thank you Connett!!

Working with Roy Connett was a positive experience. He came to our home and explained what Connett Services could do to improve/replace our HVAC system while saving money each month with more energy efficient systems. The Connett employees were kind, knowledgeable and efficient. The financing provided through Connett was excellent and the process to obtain it was easy to acquire. While other contractors bring bad news about what is broken and outdated with your system Roy will explain how Connett can fix the problem for you! Five stars !

All of the technicians were very professional, Pete Eoriatti, who performed the initial assessment and Mike Audas with assistant installed the new water heater. He explained the controls and maintenance needed. He bled the water faucets. They had the work done within 2 hours and took the old unit away. Very highly recommend.

We had lost AC a few weeks ago when it was 90°+ for a week or more. It had been down for a couple of days and it wasn't proving to be easy to find someone to come out. I was pulling out of my driveway when I saw a Connett Service van sitting next door for my neighbor. Roy Jr. had been waiting for my neighbor who wasn't around and was more than happy to help us out - not only did he have us running in under 20 minutes because it was our stupid Mid American summer saver LCR controller causing us all the problems, but he quoted us a new system since we knew ours was likely on borrowed time. The service was not only fast but proved very affordable as well.

Fast forward to today, we had a whole new heating and cooling system installed - we paid for exactly what we needed and nothing more. Everyone wanted to replace ductwork, electrical, gas and a bunch of items that were still very serviceable for about $4,000 more. The techs did a fantastic job of cleaning up, kept my wife well informed as to progress and did very clean work of running the items they needed. Time will tell if the Luxaire product will be as good as our old Coleman system, given they are under the same manufacturer we don't have any worries. The other lasted 15 years and ran until removed. Here's to another 15 hopefully.

Furnace was out, called at midnight. Connett actually had someone answer the phone and then had a tech out first thing the next morning. Juan, was great. Diagnosed the issue quickly and explained everything thoroughly.

I had a new furnace and A/C installed by Michael and they did a great job on the installation.

**05/01/24**Just updating review, because I've had nothing but great experiences with Connett. Pete came out today and did an A/C tune up. He worked around me being in meetings while he was here and did a great job. I definitely continue to recommend Connett.

They always answer the phone promptly and reply as quickly as they can. If it's a weekend or a holiday they give you the option of coming out anyway, even if there's an extracharge, they're prompt, they take care of what's wrong and give a great explanation. Our service person this time, Rick, warned me of a future problem. Very happy to call them again.

Pete did a great job checking everything for AC startup. Always great service. We are ready for cooling season

Rick was EXTREMELY NICE & Professional. He knew exactly what the issue was & fixed what he could. He noticed other techs (another company) that put our furnace in could have done a better job problem solving on why the old furnace died. And how to prevent it from happening to a BRAND NEW furnace. Luckily he caught this! Even though there is a little Damage it is fixable. Glad I have heat!!!!
