This entire store was AMAZING!!! I started off having a bad morning, running behind and to top it off my battery was dead and it was raining. The associates were TOP TIER, courteous and considerate of my issues from earlier. Ian was/ is the best especially! Please consider this store for future references

I cannot believe the store has changed so much excellent people starting from the sales associates that are always willing to help management and also the atmosphere in the store always playing good music 80s new music while I wait in line, it is my pleasure to wait to be taken care of by these fantastic people in the store. If I could, I would give them at least six stars, want to come to the store I wish my car would break down more so I could go and visit them seriously fantastic team no joke

This store has one of the best environments I have ever seen. Ricardo has changed the store and completely turned around with his amazing team attention to detail attention to customers attention to the store looking great. I feel like family when I come into the store in constant communication making sure the customers always come first if I could I would give this store 20 stars. This is one of the best places I have ever been at to get any Parts if they sold groceries, I would buy my groceries from the store

18 months of working with Autozone, I have to say has been an amazing experience. I’m not stressed at all, and with the management willing to work with you and make you do better and succeed. The way that customer experience is done at the company is something I do enjoy and I can see an opportunity for a long term career here. Looking forward to what the company has in store down the way. I do recommend working at Autozone for either work experience or for a long term career. There is plenty of room for growth.

I wanna take the time to give Jeremy a big shout out for his great service today; he assisted me as soon as I walked in the store and was not hesitant to help me test and replace my battery, he was quick, friendly and professional, thank you again Jeremy. I’d hope this location would get more staff that are willing to help since it’s such a busy location.

Jeremy is awesome, he is friendly and knowledgeable. The entire store staff is very helpful and they go extra miles to give advice and try to save money for clients. I highly recommend this store. Ask for Jeremy, you won’t be disappointed.

Shout out to Ian! I have no clue what I’m doing when it comes to cars & he was very helpful with helping me get a new battery and putting it in my vehicle. Very easy, quick experience. Cool dude, easy to talk to! Thank youuuuu Ian! Would definitely come back because of him.

Very impressed with this AutoZone store. First, they had the car battery we needed that nobody else seemed to carry (2020 Toyota Corolla). AAA doesn’t even stock them, likely because the 2020 Toyota-brand batteries are lousy; we replaced two in under 4 yrs, and they’re supposed to have an 84-month warranty!). AutoZone had a different brand, luckily. They let us borrow their a customer toolkit and gave us a cleaning kit for the terminals with an anti-corrosion pad to install to prevent it in the future. They also gave us $18 for our old battery. Ricardo was very helpful.

Great experience with this Autozone. Ricardo helped me change my car battery and also purchase other parts that I needed. He was awesome! Very friendly, professional, and fast with swapping out the old and new batteries. Very helpful location!

Jeremy did an awesome job on almost next to impossible battery change on my Ford Edge. If I could I would double the stars. So he get his jacket

I am editing this was posted a year ago and the team has changed completely, but not the energy and team members literally, dropping their tasks to assist every single time Ive been there ( 2/3 times per week). Blown away with the professionalism . Keep up the great work guys..

Thanks for always being super helpful every time I come here

Went in to get my car battery tested, was greeted by Jessica and she gave me a complete run down, discussed all my options & was super honest and candid about everything. She gave a detailed breakdown of how to take my battery out and assured me that if I wasn’t able to do it, she would take care of it. On the second trip back AutoZone to drop the battery off, Ricardo was there to assist and test the battery once again. We ended up having to buy a new battery and installed it at home but couldn’t get the strap back on so we headed back for a 3rd time the next day. Once again we were met with friendly faces, Jessica and Ricardo, and they both asked how the installation process went and were ready to assist with the strap installation. Ricardo & Jessica made this whole experience 10x easier than I could’ve ever imagined, thank you both so very much!

Went in to get front headlight bulbs. Associate Jason M. assisted us. Very polite, courteous and helpful. After we made our purchase, we asked if he could install them for us. He very politely said "of course". He got his tools and walked out to our vehicle and although he had to dismantle some of the front to get to the lights he did so very nicely and professionally. He did not mind us watching his procedure and explained what he was doing and why. He replaced to bulbs and after he checked to make sure they all worked properly. AUTO ZONE is and has always been my GO TO place and I will continue to go there for my automotive needs.

Their team is amazing! When I had doubts about Wiper Blades because I had just spent hours with some I purchased at Costco trying to make them work, the manager knew exactly what I needed. He came out, installed them, and then asked me to make sure they worked properly (the recommended sizes were different) before I had even paid for them!

Jermey helped me out, great job can recommend.
