I had a contractor drop the ball on me last year by not finishing the job. Fortunately I had the paint in hand to finish the job this year. Upon checking supplies and figuring out what I had, I realized that the trim color was the wrong shade of color. Called the store, talked to a young lady who told me to bring it in and see what they could do.
It took them less than half an hour to get me the color I wanted saving my four gallons of element paint. Great job.

Call the store on Mar 2 2024. I did not catch the employees name, however she was very polite. At first I struggled to hear her due to my child being a little loud (as he does whenever I'm on the phone) but she was patient with me. Then we were able to actually talk about paint and she was extra noticeable about the product I requested information on. She even expressed personal experience with me on the products. Highly recommend this store. I have not made a purchase yet but I will be very soon due to the phone call

Nice, clean, organized store in great location. The staff, Elise, Lexi, and others have answers if you have questions. I’ve always tried to support the homegrown hardware stores, this addition makes it easier.

I'm in the midst of renovating a 40 year old basement that had become a catch-all for everyone's junk. Dark, dank and musty, littered with cob webs, this was never going to be more than a stinky storage area. Until I got a vision of what it could be; a wood shop and a man cave! Heck yes! I spent a lot of time hoeing out and cleaning the walls and floors, patching leaky spots and finally got it ready to paint and resurface. I am a DIY guy and did a lot of research to come up with a best plan. Clearly it needed a good coat of paint and a lot of attention to the floor. After checking the box stores and getting very little help I decided to stop in at White's Paint Store. Who knew that the guys and gals there were going to be my new best friends. I stopped in and met with Pete Von Koughnett who knows everything about paint. After listening to my story and answering my questions we agreed that the Benjamin Moore White Satin concrete paint was the answer. Pete's knowledge was invaluable. I was headed down a different path that would have cost more and taken longer. Next, I spoke to Jon Dazy about resurfacing options. I really wanted to have an epoxy floor but the task seemed out of reach. Do you use acid wash, grinding or bead blasting to clean the surface? Which primer, which paint and topcoat? How long does this stuff need to dry and how do you deal with moisture and humidity? Seriously I almost went with paint but found out that paint will not stand the test of time and will peel. Using concrete coloring seemed a little better but I wanted something that would look good and last with minimal maintenance. Jon did a fantastic job of educating me on what it would take and the steps to follow, and why this would be the best solution for my needs. I asked tons of questions and he answered everyone of them and empowered me to jump in and do it. Well I finished the floor and have to say that it exceeded my expectations. Ive gotten a lot of "wow- this looks amazing" feedback and knowing what I know now, would do it again. I learned a lot on this project. I made some mistakes but had it not been for the help and support that i received I probably would have done something different or paid to have it done. I figure I saved myself $1500 dollars. I put tremendous value in the personal help and detailed information I received. Priceless! By the way, Lexy and Kendal were great to work with as well. Bottom line is you will pay a little more perhaps than at a box store but the help, information , guidance I received from Pete and Jon was more than worth it. Before and after shots below.. Thank you.

Popped in on a whim on my hunt for heat resistant spray paint to revitalize old heating vents. Not only did they have several options in stock (not available locally at large hardware stores), but gave me some outstanding advice and helped me make the best choice.

Could not recommend this location enough. Super friendly, professional and excellent service. When I move to refresh my side of my home, I'm certainly heading there first from now on.

Awesome new store with knowledgeable staff that really cares. They advised me on my exterior stain project and talked through prep and maintenance. My project, using BenMoore Arbor Coat, came out beautiful. The store also has a great assortment of other non-paint items - even found my preferred odor eliminating sponges and snagged 3 - super convenient. Check out Whites Paint, you'll be glad you did
