Your crew has always been friendly and on time. However, had an issue which was my fault but had to reschedule a pickup and was impossible to talk to a person and website was not that easy and miss being able to talk to someone in person.

Our driver is absolutely amazing, he is not only friendly but also professional.

2022: terrible pick up time. no integrity to scheduled pick up times. this week the truck came unannounced the next day. terrible communication from the company.
2023: its gotten better. more consistent and reliable pickup times, but still can be iffy. sometimes 4-6 hours different that the prior week. Also trucks tend to come in the afternoon even tho the website says to put out containers by 6am. because of bears in the area its important to improve these 2 things.

Garbage for the most part ok, although very early and need to set alarm on tues. To get garbage out of the house… if there is one extre box even a pizza box they leave in the street.

It is onerous to get through to customer service. There were problems on our account related to a serious error in billing related to a vacation hold. I spent hours waiting on hold, only to finally get through, and then still not have the problem fixed. We actually cancelled our service because of this. Finally, after four separate phone waits, I found someone who fixed the billing. Although 5 days after the phone call it still wasn't fixed on my online account. You lost a loyal and good customer.

I cancelled service 5 months ago. WM stopped service, but WM never picked up the dumpster - has left it "on-site" for more than 5 months. They do not respond to "chat". I cancelled by talking to Customer Service reps (3 times!) and sent a letter of cancellation to WM (which they DID acknowlede receiving). My advice: NEVER-EVER deal with this company!

WM has consistently failed to pick up trash during winter months. I asked them to discontinue which they said they would, and they kept charging me. I will never use their service again if they don’t make this right.

Charged a $11.50 late fee for....$11 past due ( all other fees paid) Rep on the phone told me they would remove the charge and didn’t. Then I get a $56 bill for reinstatement for not paying the $11late fee (that they told me were going to take off) if you don’t want my business, just flat out tell me. There are 3 other providers that would love to have my business

Absolutely the most inconsistent service I have ever experienced from a company EVER. They change your trash day without notice, or they simply don't show up. They could show up first thing in the morning or at 7pm, no schedule whatsoever. So many problems it's baffling.
Picking up trash shouldn't be this complicated.

Waste Management promised a year discount but charged the full amount instead. They insisted on having the bins out at 6 am but didn't pick up till 5 pm. When you call customer service you are put on terminal hold. Awful experience.
