All the staff are knowledgeable on each area of the facility to ensure that customers are getting their needs fulfilled. This was the second time I got the touchup service and I will be using it again. My car was gorgeous!

I pay for a monthly service the attendants are very friendly and listen well but you'll occasionally get those few who's work just sucks. I do suggest getting the monthly plan!!!!

White Horse Auto Wash is seriously amazing. I have their monthly membership because i live on a dusty mountain road and my car is constantly dirty. I love being able to get a thorough clean and wipe down and even the interior cleaned on occasion! Their attention to detail is excellent and I will be a member for a very long time. I use this car wash on a regular basis as I travel a lot for work and It’s super convenient since it’s on my way home from work. The car wash does a great job getting majority of my car cleaned, it’s a tunnel wash so it’s not expected to be a show room finish. The staff is great and polite especially Corey. I had spoken with him a few times about different detailing packages. Each time corey was willing to answer all questions and went above and beyond to get my car looking great. I highly recommend this car wash if you live in the area. Their monthly packages are well worth it!

I was there last Saturday I believe it was September 30th. Later in the afternoon after 4ish. They did a terrible job wipe in my car down. A terrible job cleaning my windows in and out. Some of the guys there are good and some of the guys are lazy as hell. This is a hit and miss situation supposedly he was working and wants to be there. Some of them try to get out of their own way so they don't have to do nothing. With that being said this is not the first time but you guys have competition coming to Front Royal so somebody needs up there performance so you don't lose your customers. I paid for this service and my windows are terrible. Spotty from the soap from the car being washed so that tells me they did not clean my windows on the outside very well they didn't wipe the dirt off my back tailgate at all around my life or at the bottom would that being said not a happy camper but I'll give another try. They are amazing!!! I haven't washed my car ever (ten years) and I park underneath a tree. My car was sticky to the touch and absolutely gross! They cared so much about my car and it really brightened my day! I have so much appreciation for all the employees, they did a fantastic job!

I have the monthly plan. Love going when ever I need to. They always pre-spray my car in the areas most needed. The wipe down service is excellent and detailed. The best vacuums in town. Everyone is always friendly and calls me by my name. Highly recommend!

It was my first time trying this car wash. It was recommended to me by a friend because it included the wash and vacuum and I was impressed! My car being serviced by a lovely young lady named Shyla. Her attention to detail was immaculate and she cleaned the inside of my car very deeply leaving it super shiny and smelling fresh. I felt great leaving in my car from this car wash.
