Holiday Inn & Suites Front Royal Blue Ridge Shadows, an IHG Hotel

Had a great stay. Perfect location, close to tons of shopping and a short drive to the Shenandoah park entrance. The golf view room that we had was really nice and clean. The staff is very helpful. We had to cancel a 2 night stay and rebook for a 1 night stay and the staff was nice enough to accommodate the request even at very short notice. Overall, would certainly stay here again and recommend it to others.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating! My room didn’t come with a microwave but they very quickly brought one right up to my room ! The cleanliness in this hotel is impeccable!!!! I white gloves the room top to bottom including tv and picture frames .... NOT ONE spec of dust ! The towels were beautifully displayed and the room was very well equipped. I could not find one negative thing about this hotel ! Absolutely amazing staff and they just have the best house keeping staff on the planet !!!! 100 stars !!! ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great accomodations! The room was lovely and the beds were comfortable. The room was clean. We attended a wedding here and the venue was great, the staff were helpful, and it was convenient to have our room in the same location. The front desk employee was accomodating, but not incredibly warm and welcoming. She was fine with letting my toddler play around in the lobby which was really appreciated! The bar and restaurant attached seems a little understaffed. If was great that they provided a breakfast buffet and even stayed open late for a wedding "after-party". The woman who was our server at both events was definitely juggling a lot of work, but she did a nice job considering all she was doing. All in all, it was a great stay!

I've traveled many places this is my # 3 favorite place I've stayed in the surrounding area. The staff is more than accommodating and friendly. the hotel is always clean and there is a onsite restaurant with amazing food an atmosphere. They give you tickets for free breakfast there for your stay . indoor pool and Jacuzzi is clean . fitness room is very up to date an clean. Many shops within walking distance and a full golf coarse right behind the hotel is not only an amazing view but great to play or walk around its beautiful! I actually enjoy this hotel so much i go there just for little relaxing get aways often . if i could give a higher rating i would . please do yourself a favor and visit this place its so wonderful!

I had an excellent stay here and the staff was wonderful. It started off a little shaky when I checked in and my room hadn't been cleaned yet. Whenever I let the front desk know, he upgraded my room to a business suite and gave me a free breakfast voucher. That's what I call service!

Far enough off the beaten path to offer peace and solitude, but within minutes of major highways, shopping and food choices. Adjacent to Country Club so scenery is very pleasing. Restaurant attched to hotel offers great food and drink variety and if desired will deliver hot and fresh to your room. Rooms are immaculately decorated with luxury in mind. Truly an experience and not just an overnight stay. All staff associates encountered proved competent, friendly and professional.

Great view. Very fancy for a Holiday Inn. All the amenities beside free breakfast and not dog friendly (Service dogs welcome).

Nice large room. Extremely clean sheets. Fresh smell to the room. Great view from room.

Larger hot tub. Clean pool. Larger than normal hotel gym.

Small laundry room. Not sure just yet but you may need to pay for them as well.

Attached restraunt. Free parking. 24 hour business office. Event hall (Event going on couldn't get a decent picture)

Friendly staff. Attentive managers.

Overall would book again here !

My husband and I got the chance to get away for the weekend for the first time in YEARS and first we tried Colonial beach and that whole ordeal was awful. So we decided to come closer to home and try this hotel. We had a great time! Beautiful view, clean room, I just can't say enough positive things about this place. We will definitely be back. 10/10, would highly recommend!

Staying at this hotel was an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was personable and informative, and efficiently accommodated all the needs of a banquet-sized group. The beds are *extremely* comfortable. There is no shortage of electrical outlets to charge your various devices, and the room we stayed in was inexpensive, and very spacious.

Amanda had left her card on the dresser. I just wanted to say that the room looked fantastic. It was very clean,neat,and tidy. I was very impressed. I have stayed at a few hotels where the rooms just looked unkept and not the best. She definitely takes pride in her work. 5 stars for me.

Staff were very friendly, the room was clean and the pool was an excellent place to visit. We enjoyed the hot tub. However we were unaware of the breakfast situation until we arrived. Wish breakfast was provided, but a good stay none the less.

I have stayed here 4 or 5 times and am always impressed with this facility. Clean. Bright friendly staff. Attached Houlihans restaurant with a great staff there too. Rooms are spot on every time. Nice large lobby, coffee usually on.

I come to this Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites in Front Royal, VA. It's a really nice Hotel. I was Front Royal for my cousin's wedding. It's wonderful in Front Royal. I recommend coming here if you're driving somewhere & you need a stay somewhere for the night. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are nice. It's a great place to stay if you're on vacation or on business are all of the above. The staff at this hotel are wonderful people. They did a good job. I stayed on the 5th floor and saw some beautiful views of the area.It's beautiful here. If I ever come to Front Royal again, I'll definitely stay here at this Holiday Inn Hotel.

Another thing you'll enjoy here at the Holiday Inn Hotel is the views of the area and the mountains in the distance. I took a picture of the sunset over the mountains. The sunsets here are the things to see if you're visiting the lovely town of Front Royal.

My husband and I have stayed at this Holiday in a couple of times over the last 3 years for work. It is super clean and quiet. Very friendly staff. Average pool area, nothing fancy, but refreshing. The view is lovely. Holihans has great dinner food and average breakfast foods. The wait staff is friendly and efficient delivering food and drinks. It's a very good deal for a hotel in this price range.

Super nice hotel. Asked for a few different special requests. All were met. Very satisfied with the room felt like a mini apartment. Spacious bathroom, great size sink for my sitting pleasure 😅

Check in was easy. My first room had a barking dog next door, the front desk let me change rooms and upgraded me while they were at it for the inconvenience. Top notch customer service. Room was very clean and comfortable. Perfect stay.

I stayed here while attending a conference and it was great. The staff was really nice and I had everything I needed in my room. Also I ate dinner at the restaurant downstairs and it was great. I will stay again next year when we go back for the conference.

The hotel was nice and close enough to lots of restaurants just a short drive away. They were doing rennovations on the 4th floor and our room was right by it but there was no problem with noise or chemical odors from it so wasn't even an inconvenience. We did end up missing the housekeeping the first day but it was still ok because they had extra towels available in the room already.

The room is spacious and clean. I'm big on the little things, and I really appreciate all the shelves in the shower for toiletries. The front desk staff is extremely friendly and helpful! This is my 2nd visit here, and it won't be the last.

After an incredible day on Skyline Drive, we were ready to relax. This Holiday Inn made it easy! The scenery is beautiful because it sits on a golf course. The room was big. Beds and pillows super comfy. A Holihans Restaurant is attached so we had an enjoyable dinner. Coffee maker, fridge were great to have in room. Just wish they offered a free continental breakfast. I would def stay here again!
