Jessica is the absolute best. I went in to get help with switching my android to a new iPhone. She was so helpful and had me laughing!!! She made sure I understood everything before leaving. I went back the next week so my son could upgrade his phone and I made sure I knew when Jessica would be there! She was patient, explained everything and STAYED LATE to make sure everything was perfect before we left! Thank you, Jessica, for helping this old lady get the most out of her new phone and her Verizon plan!

Recently I took a couple of our older kids in to consider changing up their phones to resolve some issues and walked out with 3 new, upgraded phones after Mark found us an amazing deal. Seriously, amazing! He was so very helpful, checking out our plan, all options, and knowing that I really wasn't looking to replace more than maybe 1 or possibly 2 iPhones, but the deal he found was so amazing that it would have been foolish to pass up! The service was swift, easy, and thorough. We're beyond grateful!

She never gives up on a process and has multiple ways to attack any issue you are having with your phone. Wanted to check out what all these text and emails from Verizon was all about. Met the manager there and he explained the "deals" to me thoroughly and I upgraded to the S24 plus. He transfered all my stuff and the overall experience was fantastic. Was in and out within 45 minutes and he even saved me some money on my bill which was a great bonus. Cellular Sales is truly the best Verizon retail store I've been to and Mark was top notch!

I signed up with Verizon and the young lady, Jessica Cruz was fantastic! She is extremely knowledgeable, helped me with my phone and kept me smiling! She is a great employee! She should get a raise!!! ❤

Ok, I don't write many reviews. But the service provided here was so far and above any I have ever gotten at a Verizon store, I had to. I went in to buy a thousand dollar phone. I thought I would be getting a $200 buy back on my old phone. Mark greeted me, listened to me about what I wanted, sat down and found and additional $600 off. He checked every aspect of my plan recommended a different one, gave me great advice, and volunteered a solution for my rural Internet needs. He spent close to two hours setting everything up. Always before in other Verizon stores, the associates were SO disinterested. This was far above and beyond.

She has a lot of patience and explained everything in easy understanding english showing me what was needed and Guided me through the many steps I needed for my warranty. I would recommend her and will be returning for all my needs here at the Front Royal Verizon store. Hurry on over.

Kyle is the GOAT! My family and I have always worked with Kyle. He is the nicest! He never rushes us, or pushes products on us. He knows his stuff when it comes to phones! He recently helped me with three problems and was able to solve them all for me. He’s a gem!

my company is in communications construction . we've been working with Jessica at this location for awhile now. she is the absolute best .always either has an awser for me or can get us one within the hour. honestly we are based out of Fredericksburg but since working with Jessica we skip all the other stores and go straight to her . in our opinion Jessica is the best part of Verizon

Decided to transfer my 4 phone lines to Verizon just because I was completely impressed with her knowledge and customer service.

Recently, my iPhone started to have problems. It was older, and I made the decision to upgrade. The reviews for the Verizon at Front Royal were so good, and especially in recommending Jessica Cruz, that I walked in and asked for her. They weren't wrong. Jessica was great. She helped me so much though the purchasing process and in restoring all my apps, photos, etc. Also, she was so helpful and patient. She searched for deals that would best serve me, took the time to explain everything, and contacted me later to make sure everything was working well. I am very happy with my iPhone purchase and the service I received through Jessica's help. (I hope her supervisors see this.). I'm a long time Verizon customer and being able to count on this kind of service, you can be sure that I will continue to be one.
