The servers here are very kind. The food is really good and is my go to spot when I’m in this area for breakfast or a late night out with the boys . I got the club sandwich and was not disappointed they didn’t hold back on the bacon either.

Been looking for a place just like this for a year. If you wonder what a nice truck stop is like, this might be it. No pretenses, starts with drinkable coffee, 2 refills thank you. Food is can't miss. Service is real people with actual personalities and great service. I asked my server if she liked us. Because we'll be back and asking for you.

Our waitress was great! She definitely deserves a raise in pay for how patient and kind she is! She even made sure our fur baby was comfy ♥ Food was great and HUGE PORTIONS! We will definitely be returning!

This was my second time eating there the first time I had chicken livers. This time, I had beef tips. The portion sizes are so big I both times I took food home. The beef tips were so tender, and that means a lot because I have a lot of trouble chewing. My only complaint was that the mashed potatoes were not fresh. They had been sitting for a long time and were even brownish. I understand how that happens because we were there late in the afternoon.

This is a nice hometown diner from days gone by. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. I meant to snap a picture of our food, but it looked so good and we were so hungry I forgot. I ordered a BLT and onion rings. My friend ordered beef and peppers with fried okra and cornbread. The portions were large and we couldn’t finish it all. I did snap a couple of pictures of our take home boxes. If you are in the area, it’s definitely worth the stop.

Food & service are s fantastic, portions are plentiful with reasonable prices. Definitely worth going there. Bathrooms needed to be cleaner.

First time stopping by me and my sister have seen it a few times but never stopped to eat. We wish we had. Big servings and the staff is amazing. We have found our new place to eat

This is the best food Ive had in a long time. Everything was perfect and our waitress was the best. She was so sweet and attentive. The fried pollock was the best fried fish Ive had in my life. The toast was perfect, the eggs, bacon...literally everything we ate. The portions are HUGE. We ordered so many different platters and our total was just over 30 dollars. We found a new frequent spot. Thanks so much for the food and hospitality!!! We'll be back soon.

Every town should have a place like this! Great comfort food, very big portions so be hungry. Service very good and very nice people. Bob the owner was made to run a diner like this. My family and I highly recommend it 💯

This hole in the wall has amazing southern comfort food at giant proportions. Mom had liver and onions, I got the pork fried steak and my sister got the fried fish special which came with three sides and a dessert for $12.95. Everything was homemade including the mashed potatoes and a black-eyed peas and collards were melt in your mouth delicious. We all left with takeout containers and we will go back. Staff is friendly, the place is clean, and it's obviously popular with locals.

I had the cat fish breakfast special. The waitress all had smiles on there face. Filled my coffee up without asking. Great breakfast I’m going back next chance I get I’d like to try there other meals. Highly recommended can’t say enough.

Please, please go to this place! The people are sweet, the cook (named Gerta, I think?) Is amazing and food is well-provisioned and delicious. The menu is extensive with varieties around various staples.

I got the chili cheese dog lunch basket, and the hot dog and chili were so flavorful. The French fries (steak cut fries) were crisp and hot! Had an issue later with a lost item, called to ask them about it, and the wait staff actually WENT TO THE PARKING LOT to check after checking the table! Way above and beyond. It was thankfully found later elsewhere. Thank y'all so much for your help.

This is kinda like a mom and pop greasy spoon restaurant. We loved it. We always try to eat at locally owned restaurants instead of " chain" restaurants. Sometimes it's a hit and sometimes a miss. This one was a HIT!

We just had the most amazing greasy spoon diner food! My BFs fav is breakfast for dinner and we eat late since he works at night - so we often drive out to Deland for Perkins. At our last visit our waitress told us about The Big Rig II, and the size of their pancakes. This place did not disappoint. The pancakes were bigger than the plate, and tasted great. My chicken salad was legit the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant, and the girls chicken fingers were enough for their next three meals. The cornbread was soft and fluffy and so yum. Our waitress was handling the entire place and didn’t miss a thing. She was attentive and nice. Oh, and they are open 24 hours! We may never go to Perkins again.

Old timers local hangout in the morning. This place is very popular and open 24 hrs. Drive by several times and the lot was always full. Quick service and good food at very reasonable prices. Indoor and outdoor seating

Definitely won't leave this place hungry! Huge portions. Friendly staff and seems like a place with many locals/regulars. Service was a bit slow. The pancakes are massive! Comically huge.

This was hands down best down home cooking I ever had since my grandmother past away. Will certainly be going back next time I am in town.

Stopped in on a whim. Had the fried catfish, grits, and got some liver and onions to share. Food was delicious and service was friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the start. Very glad we stopped.

Great food, hometown feel, fast and friendly waitress. This was my first time there, will definitely go back. They are open 24/7 w breakfast anytime A plus!
