After moving to DeLand in March of 2023 my wife and I have both had very positive experiences with the care received from Advent Health DeLand. We could not be happier! Knee replacement for my wife last June, and just this past week foot surgery for me. From doctors to nurses to volunteers we have been very impressed with the quality, professionalism and kindness of the Advent Health staff.

I had an amazing experience with hospital staff starting with the front desk all the way to the back!! The Triage Nurse immediately knew the urgency of my situation and too action! I'm very grateful for her! Everyone was very caring and compassionate and started treating me immediately.

Dr. Lee had the very best bedside manner that I have ever seen. He came in immediately and took the time to explain what was happening and what he was going to do to get me back to normal!!

I am very grateful they took action very quickly and got me out of there by 6am so I could get home to give my dog her insulin!!

I was also very grateful to get a call from Dr. Lee this evening to see how I was doing!! What an amazing Dr. I wish he was my primary care Dr.!!

Even the Patient Registration Coordinator was delightful!! I wish I remembered all their names!

Love , love , love the Cancer center at Advent Health DeLand. Dr Carlos Lopez is my radiation oncologist. He is attentive, compassionate and informative. I felt that I had excellent care from the whole team and all of my concerns and fears were addressed. I was treated like family throughout my treatment. Would highly recommend!!!

Every step of my outpatient procedure from the moment I stepped into registration until I was wheeled outside, was handled with professionalism and caring. My nurse, John was super nice and kept me comfortable before the procedure. I can’t remember the nurses in the postop. However, they were also just as nice and professional. My doctor and Anesthesiologist were great. They followed up on me the next day to make sure I was doing well.

I had my first MRI and I was very apprehensive. The MRI Tech very was understanding and explained everything to me. I am an AdventHealth Manager ( not at DeLand) and I can say he showed several of our values. Love Me. Make it Easy. I would not feel apprehensive if I had to do this again. Overall, a great experience.

First visit with Dr. Rana after being a patient of Dr. Dinklage for several years. My experience was great. Appointment was right on time and Dr. Rana was thorough in her evaluation. Changing or seeing new Dr.’s can sometimes be a cause of stress or nervousness but after my visit I feel very comfortable going forward.

The staff such as Lynn and Julio were spectacular . They knew what they were doing and did it well. The Doctor and his staff in Radiology couldn't have been better. Thanks to all for job well done.

Although I arrived later than I planned, I received quick and efficient care from the moment I arrived at the Out-Patient Check-in desk. My CT scan required contrast and they were able to get a good vein with the first “stick” (which isn’t always the case for me). After the CT was done and I was walking to my vehicle I realized that it was only 35 minutes after my appointment time - which I thought was great. As I initially said, I received quick and efficient care.

This visit was so helpful. I had a while to wait, but the doctor takes time with each of her patients. The doctor was compassionate and went over all my concerns. I'm very satisfied going to neurologist assoc. In Deland.

Finally a doctor that LISTENS to you and doesn’t just pass you off with a prescription. Dr. Cavins and I made a plan and felt like he was really understanding what was going on with me. Would recommend him to anyone with foot problems.

Great staff..Johanna is my nurse and Dr. Asif always looks out for me. Great office. Very pet friendly.

Got there was told they was told that I was going to have to be rescheduled cause Dr was busy that day. The receptionist said I was to be there at 2 pm. I was told 2:15 pm & was 3 minutes late. Dr seen me, thank goodness 😳, as I was just released earlier in the week from the hospital. My appointment went well. Love Dr Rena 💜

As a fellow Healthcare professional, I am thrilled to say that I received some of the most amazing, through, caring, and professional care that I have EVER received in my life. I truly can't thank the doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, and floor techs enough. What I was going thru was very scary for me and all of them were extremely attentive and caring with me and any and all questions that I had. From the time I walked in the emergency room doors, admitted to the telemetry floor, taken to several different departments for testing til the time I was discharged, everyone was absolutely TOP NOTCH. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU🤗😊

I have had wonderful experiences with the many CT & X-rays I have had recently. The check in process makes things so easy & I’m always treated with kindness. When I get to radiology, my wait is usually very minimal & I have always had such kind people trying to help make the process as easy as possible. Thanks for helping make things smoother & pleasant especially when you aren’t always feeling your best.

I called 15 minutes before they closed, got there in 5 minutes, they were all still there, very gracious, saw a wonderful Dr. Got a prescription and given good advice and left a couple of minutes after 7. Great experience and very grateful.

My mother’s treatment was excellent, from the start in the ER to her being admitted. The staff, from the RNS to the radiology department and also environmental services were awesome! The PCT were extremely nice and tended to my mother’s needs! I will forever be grateful for my mother’s care!

My appointment was at scheduled time. Office staff very professional. But most importantly, Dr. Alani was wonderful! She took great care in making sure I had a thorough exam and had all of my questions answered. So glad I found her!

I came in for a consultation about a colonoscopy. I met with Candice. She was very personable and knew her subject matter. Overall a very satisfying experience.

Hello, this hospital is the greatest. Everyone that cared for me from 12/3/2023 through 12/8/2023 was so nice and went above & beyond the call of duty. You can always trust this hospital too give the best care that you possibly could have. I really cannot understand the bad reviews here except too say I my self received excellent care. thank you!!!! I had to have 4 procedures today. They found a way to do one of the tests at Victoria that had been scheduled for the hospital so all 4 tests were in one location. I was tested ahead of schedule with minimal waiting. Everyone was very cordial and helpful.
