Cool shopping experience. Used a cart that is logged in to your Amazon Prime account and has built in scanners and scale. No line to check out; just grab paper bags of you didn't bring your own. Simple,

There is convenient free parking and it’s nice that you can get “regular” items as well as Whole Foods staples too.

Definitely a different experience using smart shopping. There are so many cameras all around the store tracking what you put in your cart. It takes an hour to receive your receipt if you use the scan walkout feature with no cashier.

It’s a great place in short answer lol.. they’ve had a banana shortage for a while but it’s over. Hoping it doesn’t come back. Staff are so nice honestly. Amazon fresh I’d say is a small giant/safeway/harris teeter. That being said, Amazon fresh tends to be out of certain things at random. Doesn’t stop me from going there.. you ask the staff, I’m there basically every day

Was super curious about the smart carts and had to check them out. Also managed to find a salad dressing that i couldnt find at walmart or target. Also enrolled in the "palm" checkout which was a very frictionless experience. I went just before close but staff were still willing to help.

I always go here all the time and Theresa is always the best person I see all the time. She's super friendly and always helps me the best way possible. She's the all star and the person I look forward to seeing when I enter the building

This store replaced a GIANT Food that had been there for a number of years. While it is not perfect, it is an easy in and out. I really like the seafood and meat, as well as the fresh vegetables and bakery. They have two VOLTA EV Chargers, and an open parking lot, though if you park in the pay lot, they do validate. Right off of the Metro and easy to get to.

This store works well for our grocery needs as a nice neighborhood grossery store to buy everyday and basic necessity items. The store is smaller than grossery giants as Giant. But the selection is perfect for what we buy. Exactly what we buy regularly. Since the store is smaller, it is easy to shop quickly and find what you need right away. The store is clean. There is a very good selection of fresh vegetables and fruits and it's quality is great. Some seasonable items which it great. Has a nice local neighborhood store feeling. There is pizza and cooked food choices. Coffee is ok and quick and easy to get at a self-service machine. Good for morning shopping.
Outside 2 charging stations for EV which is great although it is occupied most of the time. Wished they would have more charging stations as many people have EVs here. All my encounters with staff have been very nice. Thank you for the good neighborhood store.

I shop regularly at Amazon Fresh for the products and prices. Additionally, the staff has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. I’d recommend it for those reasons.

Love the smart "dash" carts that make shopping fun and easy. The good selection of foods at great prices doesn't hurt either. Bonus points for being quiet and orderly - a far cry from the chaos of most other markets.

Great deals for Prime members. Also a drop off for Amazon returns. Good produce and ready to eat foods.

I am writing this to express my gratitude for your highly valuable employee, Ms. Jacqui Dixon, by giving her this five-star recognition. She is incredibly kind and attentive in dealing with the store's customers. I visited the store during business hours. Despite being very tired, she patiently and accurately resolved my issue during the checkout process.

I must say my shopping experience was absolutely amazing. The cashier Cecilia, was so very helpful. She showed me how to use the app, and also carried my groceries to my car. She must have noticed that I walk with a limp. The associates, that work in the salad bar was also very pleasant. I will definitely be shopping there again very soon.

Very cool grocery store. The staff are friendly and the prices are very affordable. The bathroom is really clean!! In true Amazon fashion you have the option of using your shopping cart to sign into your Amazon account to pay for your things!!

I can definitely get used to walking into a small grocery store, bagging my items as I grab them off the shelf and walking out without waiting in line, struggling to figure out which card I want to put my purchase on or finding exact change in my wallet. In fact, I didn't even bother to bring my wallet. I do have to mention that the prices are a little bit higher than what I see in my local grocery store. Not too bad but little higher. I guess you have to consider convenience and this being in Arlington/DC and not in my suburban area. So, I'm not complaining.
I also need to add that I saw the best looking dragon fruit. This beats the dragon fruit I just bought a week ago in a local Florida market. Big and fresh!
All the produce looked good but I can only talk about that dragon fruit. Especially since it's Dec and not in season. I'm really excited to try it.
The workers were nice. Showed me how to get in and out. Super easy with your Amazon app. No extra apps needed. I still feel like I just stole my groceries 😂 lol

Within a mile of the house with great free parking. Don't expect the selection of a large grocery store but you may be pleasantly surprised by what they do stock. Produce is good. Pricing is very competitive. In many cases, it's very inexpensive. Staff we've met have been nice. During the time of day rich with deliveries, you'll be competing with people pulling orders for delivery or curbside pickup.

More like a regular supermarket than Whole Foods Market. Prices were actually pretty good. Some ice cream products were cheaper than Wegmans. New place so it's nuce and clean. Free parking for the first 2 hours too. Highly recommend for everyone to check it out.
