AT&T Store

Ms. Jay took care of the kid after I lost my phone. That "loss" turned out to be a blessing because she also informed me that I was paying too much on my monthly bill on an outdated plan. That was definitely an unexpected surprise. I'm definitely pleased with the way everything turned out. Thank you! 🙏🏾

Store manager Jay was terrific. She’s courteous upbeat and competent. She made a normally annoying process pleasant. She really cares about and respects the customer.

Nue was my technician who I met this past week. She was knowledgeable, patient and solutions focused. If I were to run into another technical issue or problem, I will return to ATT; customer service exhibited by their staff like Nue!

The Wisconsin avenue store has a tech Dejuan who is very skilled with assessing technical cellular issues and will get you in and out quickly. Great service!

I had a very wonderful experience with Jasmine M. as well as the rest of the staff. Jasmine was very warm and informative with everything I purchased. Very professional service from the time I walked into the store as well as explaining all of the services in detail along with the new items I purchased, up to my departure from the establishment. The Walmart reps were un able to be reached… I had no service for 2 days and it messed up work and personal communications.

Jasmin M in Chevy chase was very friendly and accommodating. She took her time with us to make sure we understood everything. Not only that she also helped us with the problems that we have been having for months. She is really amazing!!!

I came into the Wisconsin Friendship Heights store for service, and the store manager. Zipporah, assisted me. She was very well versed in her craft of knowing ATT products. But, more importantly, her customer service demeanor was impeccable! She was friendly and resolved all of my ATT issues.

The salesperson named Aaliyah went above and beyond helping my Mom out with her cell phone needs. She was patient and kind. My Mom was very happy and says she deserves a bonus :-))

My husband needed a phone upgrade and Jasmine couldn’t possibly have been more helpful! She was thorough, answered all of our questions, and was incredibly patient. We don’t usually look forward to going to the AT&T store but Jasmine made it a painless and efficient experience!

Zipporah was very helpful. AT&T corporate was a pain in the butt and didn’t know what they were talking about. But when I went in store I was able to get the help I needed.
