I was in DC for the week ok business and rented from Griffin: amazing experience, bike was great, I was able to cycle at the end and the beginning of every business day! Very grateful for service and quality!

This is truly one of the great businesses in our area. I purchased a Trek bike all the way back in 2015 and its still going great today. There has been some need for minor fixes but each time ive taken my bike in, they fixed each thing while I waited (15 min tops) Not only that…they also didnt charge me when I asked how much i owed. Their expertise and customer service is simply unmatched. If I could give more than 5 stars…. I would.

The bike mechanics at Griffin Cycle did a great job tuning up my bike this spring. The work done was excellent and the staff were friendly and attentive to my needs and concerns. They have a good location near Bethesda Row and you can generally park out front of the store without having to pay to park.

Excellent service and advice. Very well stocked store with a lot of bikes to choose from. Their mechanics are very good and knowledgeable who do excellent work. Very pleased with their service.

Helped set up my daughter with a rental bike for a great ride down the Capital Crescent Trail all the way out to Alexandria (and an easy Metro ride back with the bike). Fantastic, friendly service at a great price led to a really enjoyable day!

Griffin Cycle is a great place for everything bicycle. Staff is very knowledgeable and kind, and they have a large variety of items. They provide you with excellent advice on any bike related matter. It’s my favorite bike shop!

Very good service and advice to by an e-bike. They even help us with the delivery to our house and look for the child seat for the toddler. We already recommended them to a couple of friends.

They were extremely helpful during the great bicycle shortage of 2020-2021. They found the perfect bike for me, had it shipped to their store, where they assembled it, and I picked it up and paid with ease. The majority of the sale was done over the phone because I live out of town. They made it simple. I love my bike and this bike shop. Even though I live a few hours away, I'm coming back for service and all my bicycling needs.

I’m cycling across Africa on a TREK Checkpoint gravel bike provided by my longtime bike shop, Griffin Cycles. We’ve done over 2000 km from the Atlantic Ocean in Namibia and within a week will touch the Indian Ocean in mozambique. I had another excellent experience with Griffin Cycle. I wanted to replace the tires on my mountain bike and Nick took the time to explain the available options and help me select the best tire for my riding needs. They notified me when the tires arrived and Miguel installed them the same day I dropped my bike off. Fantastic service.

Great experience. Joe was super helpful. I was on the hunt for a Trek Precaliber 24 for my son's birthday. Everyone close to me was telling me early 2022! Checked Trek site and they showed Griffin with stock. Called and spoke to Joe. I wasn't going to be able to make it by closing time, but he stayed open 30 minutes longer so I could get the bike. We have a very happy boy today.

Have had my tri bike serviced here several times. Miguel has always been great and he's very knowledgeable about whatever needs you may have. They do it all, from kids' bikes to top of the line. Bought my first Trek road bike from Griffin 15 years ago and will continue to go back.

Great service! Was an able to get an ebike (trek verve +2) in my size and color the fastest through this shop. The turn around my bike tune up was a few days (very quick!) I highly recommend them!

Great Service! I rented a bike for a week's trip alongside the C&O/GAP Trails and the Griffin Cycle team couldn't have been nicer. Bike was ready to go when I went to pick-up, it was in great condition - no issues during the ride, and they even went the extra mile of putting in my own pedals and saddle.
