My jacket accidentally got wet by lunch, quick stop by getting a new jacket. And taking some pictures there. Great place and a nice one on one service.

My husband and I worked with Liz Bobbitt as our personal stylist, and she truly cannot be matched. She outfitted us for day-to-day wear, as well as for numerous social events and even our wedding weekend. She has an unparalleled eye when it comes to both what fits and flatters your body, and all you need to do is show up and try on. She also is cognizant that we can't spend our *entire* incomes on clothes alone; she'll pull from sales and regular sections alike to perfectly outfit you for a season. I highly recommend the experience!

When to exchanged a pair of Manolo Blahnik‘s, but ended up with a pair of Prada boots and Alexander McQueen sneakers. The service was great, down stairs at the lady’s section, there’s a young AA gentleman, and whatever you want if it’s still in style he would find it for you. I forgot his name and I’m sorry lol! He would look ever and any where on earth to get you what you want and have it ship to your house in no time. More pictures coming!

Saks has changed it's M.O. The young salesmen and the young at heart have high-end street style with a purpose. Gone are the stuffy days! And always a greet selection of individual quality clothing.

Rome was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was helpful in selecting items that are timeless but in trend. Outstanding experience.

Expensive but worth the visit even if you are just looking at the latest fashion. Noone is in this store so the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Once again another awesome trip a couple weeks ago. I honestly love this location for LV since the Towson MD location has closed all the LV stores in Tyson Corner don't compare but Chevy Chase for the WIN! Thank you to the gentleman who assisted me with my purchase of my Palm Spring Mini. He was very nice, polite and provided exceptional customer service. Great service in the men’s department. We bought a shirt for my husband and they altered the sleeves in an hour. The shirt was pressed and ready to wear to dinner that evening! Bravo!

Love shopping here! Store is beautiful and spacious. They recently moved the men’s store to this location from down the street and it’s an excellent layout. Great selection of menswear and customer service is fantastic! Ryan has helped me out many times and I can’t recommend him enough although all the staff are great!

I received outstanding service on September 21 when looking for a new formal shirt. Saks has a decent selection in its formal Wear department. The sales associate (Hoda) who greeted me escorted to the formal wear department, confirmed my size, unpinned the shirt I selected so I could try it on and then after I chose it steamed it so it could be worn immediately. She went beyond the call of duty and was patient and pleasant throughout. The store is pleasant and inviting. I would shop there again.

I had the best experience shopping at this store. Everything I Love under one roof. The staff was knowledgeable and very pleasant. Omg! They even called me when my shoes and purses arrived in stock. That was money well spent and would do it again and again and again! Hell i should buy some stock in this store. Lol

This was a shopping experience. Astethically pleasing and customer service of the Old days. I actually went to see a schoolmate of mine who happen to be off that day😔.
