Cute little shop with the best caramel I’ve ever had in my life! I got a caramel apple both sliced (eaten immediately) and not sliced (eaten about 8 hours later) and they are the yummiest caramel apples. The turtles are amazing as well, they’re as big as your face! Great prices and service!

First time here at The Old Danish Fudge Kitchen and to be honest, their fudge here was thick and tasty! Oreo Cookie Fudge was not too sweet but very thick but the Dark Chocolate Fudge, man was so much better. It did not taste like generic dark chocolate at all which is my reason it’s a lot better. My other reason is that it tasted like thick milk chocolate. It was so chocolatey, flavorful and thick that it would be one thing I’d order again when I come back with my family.

Cute All-American/Danish fudge shop! The fudge is delicious and they sell a bunch of other candies to delight your sweet tooth. Also, attached to the Fudge Kitchen is the Old Danish Food Farm, Ice Cream & Hot Dog Shop. I didn't try one of their hot dogs but I did have an ice cream cone which was very creamy and delicious!

Best fudge ever!! We visit Solvang every year and the Fudge Kitchen is a place we make sure to stop by every single time.
We love the fudge and learned they even will ship it. We have ordered fudge shipped to friends and family if different states for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day etc and each shipment has been appreciated and a BIG HIT !

Solvang treasure.
Friendly staff, large assortment of fudge. Hefty slices of dark chocolate and maple pecan going home with us if we don't nibble it all before then. $13.00. Yum yum yum! A must stop!

This place has the best hot pretzels and cheese on the face of the whole dang Earth!!!

Growing up my parents would take me and my siblings here and now I take my kids there whenever we're in town just to get a pretzel and cheese.

10 ********** stars for the pretzels!

I'm not big on fudge. But they have plenty for you to choose from. I am giving them 5 stars for the young ladies working in there being nice and their fresh baked pretzels being soft and delicious!! Comes with a cheese spread. Yum! They are good size also. Looking for a soft, fresh pretzel 🥨 this is the place!

I find that this cute little shop tends to be pretty busy. Packed with both people and fudge. Their fudge is pretty good, but I think my favorite things here are their caramel-based goodies.

My favorite fudge place in the entire world! My family would go to Solvang every 4th of July growing up and the Old Danish Fudge Kitchen was a must-visit every time. My parents told me I could buy & eat a piece of fudge for every day we were there and I happily took that as a challenge 💪❤

A quaint little shop in a quaint little town. The fudge is made so that it will not melt, which is perfect since temperatures can be quite warm in So-Cal and you rarely just drive to Solvang to pick up fudge and leave. This allows you to meander through the streets without ending up with a puddle of sugar.

Fudge is sold here by the slice, not the square. (Side note: "slice" in this context sounds dainty and delicate. It is no more dainty and delicate than using a chainsaw to widdle.) The price is very reasonable - $5 to $6 per slice. We sampled a couple before settling on Chocolate Orange. It's quite rich, but smooth as can be. A little goes a long way.

Nice little quiet fudge shop off the Main Street. Try the soft pretzels. You can’t go wrong. These are more of a Amish pretzel and are very soft and tasty.

Incredible experience. Hard to say what we liked better - the delicious fudge and caramel apple or the warm friendly hospitality upon entry. Highly recommend. We will definitely be coming back!

We love the Old Danish Fudge Kitchen! It's one of our favorite stops when visiting Solvang, which our family has been doing for generations. If you love fudge, you've got to visit the Old Danish Fudge Kitchen. They also make Penuche fudge which is very hard to find which is why I personally visit this old time shop. They also have other delicious treats, covered in chocolate, that are so yummy!

I grew up eating some of the best fudge Gatlinburg, Tennessee had to offer. I couldn’t image any better fudge until my cousin turned me onto the phenomenal Old Danish Fudge Kitchen. The chocolate is great but the maple will change your life. Aunt Mahalia dreams of making maple fudge that is this creamy with a true maple flavour throughout.

I love stopping in for fudge and a pretzel every time I'm in Solvang. The folks are quick to help and the fudge is delicious! And it's truly a treat when you can snag a caramel apple or turtle. The best part is I can still order fudge online when I get a craving... I'm going to place one right now!

My favorite fudge in the whole world is penuche, and it can be hard to find. When I saw that Old Danish Fudge Kitchen had it, I was pretty excited and ordered it right away. It was the BEST penuche!! Such a treat. I highly recommend trying your favorite from this awesome business.

I didn’t actually come in for the fudge although I will try it next time, I actually came in for the pretzels! 🥨 🥨 🥨 They are fresh, warm, delicious and so soft and fluffy! Really good pretzel in Solvang if your ever craving pretzels!! I also bought Salt Water Taffy’s and they are delicious too as well as the Peanut Brittles!
