This place almost never has a line, and the people are friendly and helpful.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. I’ve lived & traveled to many cities / states, this is by far the worst post office i’ve ever came across. The postmaster should be fired for Rapid City. My packages are constantly lost or not delivered due to lazy and inconsiderate employees.

Had an item shipped by seller 3 weeks ago. It's just been sitting in USPS. It took them 10 days to scan my package and acknowledge it's there at USPS. Since this time I have contacted the seller and they have sent a replacement because the package was considered lost.

Now there are 3 days of updates claiming they are trying to deliver my package but I'm not home so they left a note. I've been home for 3 straight days and haven't seen anyone and my mailbox is empty.

Complete lack of care, unprofessional, and straight up lazy. Our postal worker leaves packages out in the rain and snow by our mailboxes with the chance of being hit by a car or pl ow.... instead of delivering to the door.

Once again my mail woman is being lazy... I live in a Cul de sac and the city plowed the snow right up next to my mailbox. Therefore, the mail woman cant just pull up to the box...instead of getting out of her vehicle to put my mail in the box.... she just drives on by... been watching her do it for weeks... getting sick of this... also to that note... a couple days ago had a small package to be delivered by USPS and the mail carrier driving a jeep pulled up into my driveway left the package on the door and went to get back in her car... when I came out to grab the package she said, "oh you're home" and goes back into her car and grabs a stack of mail.... "here you will want this too".... well no kidding? Rather than wait for mail to stack up then finally deliver maybe it's a good idea to get out of the vehicle and put it in my mailbox.... some people have Bill's and other important mail to be delivered, and if you just drive by that's a sure fire way to get bad reviews, and a good reason to take my mailing business elsewhere...
