I used Ultas hair salon service with Cassie and she is the best! I am an indecisive person when it comes to what I want done with my hair. I addressed my concerns with her, and she helped me pick out something new and exciting that fit my best hair needs. She educated me on how to properly take care of it and upkeep it, and most importantly took her time. You can tell she truly loves what she does and what is best for her clients. I want to keep her all for myself, but she deserves all the success and business possible. Can’t wait for my next appointment with her!

I had such an amazing experience at the Ulta store ! Thank you @Jessica for being so great. She helped me find my products, helped me with my items, and created an account for me.

I came here today to get colored matched, and Dev was really nice. She helped me look for my shade. She color match me overall the customer service here is amazing. Everything is clean and the staff is really nice.

I had an appointment on Friday (12/15) with Cassie. She is very professional, honest with her work, and just so wonderful. She takes pride in what she does,which makes her a great stylist. As soon as you sit in her chair she lets you know it’s a safe place. I felt comfortable with her keeping it as a safe place with her being my stylist. I recommend Cassie if anybody would like to have their hair or makeup done. She is gifted with many talents. Besides my experience with Cassie, the salon was a welcoming friendly atmosphere while getting self care done (my hair) between her (Cassie) and the other stylist (I never got her name).

After hearing my mom rave about her stylist Cassie, I decided to book with her. I am SO glad I did! Cassie offers professional salon services, offers suggestions and explains the process in a way I can understand. I’ve never left her chair short of amazed at her work. So talented!!

Shout out to Leslie, the manager at Ulta, for her excellent customer service. She was ready and willing to help make my transaction as smooth as possible and I appreciate her competence and problem-solving skills. She saved me over $60 and I am very appreciative for her help tonite. Great job, thank you.

A very clean story and very welcoming staff, kind and courteous. I must give another 5 star to Davere (hope I spelled it correctly…), she was so helpful and took the time to explain me steps of dealing with oily skin, my skin tone colour etc…I will definitely take another trip to the USA at that particular Ulta.🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾💅🏾

What a fantastic store with every type of makeup product by various companies.

We were looking for a specific eyelash curler and the first person serving us wasn't able to find it so she called for another employee to come help. Jeanne was the second person who came to help us. They didn't carry the eyelash curler we wanted, but we had fun talking to Jeanne about make up tutorials on YouTube.

Eben though we bought the eyelash curler from Amazon, it was refreshing to see such excellent customer service and employees making an effort to finding an item as opposed to saying right away "We don't carry it."

The salon here is unmatched. The associates are knowledgeable and welcoming. I highly recommend this Ulta.

I believe in giving credit where credit is due! Therefore I’d like to say go see Shannon for all of your hair needs at the salon! I’ve been going to her exclusively for the past couple years and she’s the absolute best. I got a perm by her after a failed attempt by another shop and she made everything perfect! She listens to my goals and then discuss my options with me throughout the process! I wish I could take her with me when I move out of state! Thanks Shannon you’re my MVP 🙌🏽🤩

I don’t normally go out of my way to leave reviews. But Rebecca at the Watertown Ulta was beyond amazing. I’m not the biggest fan of shopping and she made the whole experience enjoyable and she truly impressed me. She knows her product, very friendly, polite, and just in general a real pleasure.

had a great experience at the Benefit BrowBar with Elliah! she took the time to ask me about what shape I wanted, and showed me her mapping before she started waxing to ensure i would be happy with the results. This isn’t my usual spot I go to, but I am so happy I booked an appointment with Elliah, and will definitely return in the future.

My experiences with Ulta is exactly why I don't shop at competitors. When I walk in I'm always greeted, they're quick to help and the store has a huge selection for me to choose from. April, the manager, went above and beyond for me the other day and I couldn't be more grateful. This is why I will always shop at that store in little Watertown, NY before any other Ulta. The girls there really are the best of the best.

I got a very much needed haircut by Katie today and she was beyond awesome. She was very kind, helpful, and understanding. I also spoke to some of the other stylists there which were also very nice and helpful. I will definitely be returning. The cashier at the end was also very nice and made sure that I got all my discounts and points.

Definitely come to get your brows done with Elliah she’s amazingly sweet and my brows look perfect every time!

Robert was amazing he truly made my hair look fabulous! And was so patient & understanding that i brought a long my 2 year old and she can be a handful but he was great with my child while working on doing my hair. I highly recommend anyone to ask for Robert he does an amazing job! He won’t disappoint 💓

I go every 6 weeks for the Benefit Brow Bar. Savannah does an excellent job on my eyebrows and she's so sweet. All of the staff there have always been very friendly and helpful.
