I could not be happier that we selected Dave and the Fence Connection team to build our fence. Their communication was great and they even adjusted plans on the fly when there was something I wanted changed. Our fence is sturdy and built for the SD weather and so far our gates are just as good and I really like how they were constructed. Our fence really adds to our property.

We had an awesome experience with Dave at the Fence Connection. He came out to give us a quote on the same day I called and was nothing but nice and professional. He was very responsive and a good communicator throughout the entire process.
Our fence is not only beautiful but it is very apparent that they did the job right! Very sturdy and went up in just a few days.

We had contacted The Fence Connection to see about having a privacy fence installed on our property. They did advise they had a few installations ahead of us, and it was well worth the wait. They installed a temporary fence so our large dogs could still play in their yard and had the fence completed in less than a week. I HIGHLY recommend!

The Fence Connection put up a privacy fence for us. The fence looks great and the work was done in a timely manner. They even went the extra mile to put up a smaller temporary fence for our dogs so we could still let them outside while the fence was in progress. Quick and consistent communication also.

My husband and i hired the fence connection to do a chain link fence in our front yard. They were a week late starting it. Never answer phone calls, and when we leave a message sometimes they call back in a couple hours and sometimes it takes days.....it should've been done the first week of September and its now Sept 19 and we only have the poles set in concrete and no communication on if they are even coming back. They had absolutely no issue taking the 850$ down payment in the middle of August. But getting them to even start the work was a task in itself.. They told us when they were setting the poles it would be done by the end of the next week and it for sure wasn't. If I could give less then 1 star I would....

They never answer there phones. I had to cancel a fence project due to medical issues and requested a refund. That is after the Fence Connection had my 1800.00 for over 6 months (since Aug 20200) not a word from them. We decided to cancel the project. They stated they would refund our money and send us a check. Still waiting for over three weeks as of today. I do not recommend this company to build you a fence. I am going there today to get my refund or attempt to get a refund.. todayis 25 Jan 2021. Guess we will see what will happen.

Signed an agreement in Sep 2019 and paid 50% down for a short run of 4-rail pasture type wood fence with 3 steel frame gates: a 12' cantilever driveway gate, 4' sidewalk gate and 18' swing yard gate. Said they may not be able to complete the job until spring due to winter weather. Not a problem for me. They did do some work over the winter (i.e. drilling post holes). However, come spring I had to become the squeaky wheel with owner Dave Price to get anymore work done. They did get some of the fencing up as well as the 4' gate which had to be done twice due to shoddy work and letting the wood warp due to sitting in he weather for months). Most of the time they didn't show up when they said they would and did not communicate delays. The job remains incomplete with the 2 large gates and some fencing missing. Ultimately, Dave Price quit returning my calls, texts and emails. Also company did not respond to a BBB complaint. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Do not recommend. We made a deposit in May 2020, work started in August 2020, and the fence is still incomplete in October 2021. Dave is difficult to get ahold of and has gone weeks without responding to calls or messages multiple times throughout the project.

Dave does good work but is terribly unresponsive. It was bad enough while he was doing the work that he would take days to get back to us, but now that the gate is installed and has had some maintenance problems he has not returned any of our mini phone calls over the past three weeks. Very poor customer service!

I paid the owner to build a fence in my backyard, he deposited the check into his bank and I have not seen him since. He doesn't answer his phone or return my calls. Do not give this guy any money or business.

We don't know if they're any good or not. We called on July 13th and August 3rd and it is now September 23rd. We still haven't heard from them so I guess they don't need our business, nor would we give it to them now.
