Aspen Dental - Watertown, NY

I had a dental emergency, and my regular dentist couldn't get me in for five months. Aspen Dental was able to see me in two days. I went to the appointment, thinking I was going to have to pay out of pocket for the procedure I needed done. Aspen Dental checked my insurance and said the whole procedure was covered. The whole dental team were very friendly and easy to work with. The dentist also did great work. They definitely have a 5-star rating from me!

My first visit and I felt like my teeth were in great hands. They took their time evaluating the health of my gums and the condition of my teeth. It wasn’t rushed and every question and concern was addressed.

The dentist is very kind and sweet. She took her time and got my dentures to fit great I recommend this place to anybody. I had some bad experience with another place over by Price choppers I’m not gonna say names but they did an awesome job. at Aspen dental I couldn’t ask for anybody that was so experience and well knowledged. I can’t say enough about the people in this place. They are so great.

First visit was great! I wish I could remember the woman's name that did all the pics of my teeth. She was so nice and personable. She made me feel at ease. The office manager was amazing as well. Explained everything to me and helped me figure out what my insurance covered and what I was going to pay for different service. So far this is the best dental office I have gone to. I am new to the area and they got me in to see the dentist in 2 weeks! I have more appointments coming up so I will update this as needed.

I tried to leave a review on the Aspen site through the link on the back of my appointment card, but it did not work. I'm hoping the staff at the Watertown, NY location will still see my comments because they've been nothing but fantastic to me. Today marked my 3rd visit as per my dental plan and like my previous appointments, I was met with a kind, caring, and professional staff who kept me informed of a slight delay for today (3/14/24) and of any procedures that they would be doing during my visit. The doctor and her assistant, Aubree, were both fantastic! I always appreciate when staff talks to you like they've known you forever because it makes the environment so much more relaxing. I also appreciate how professional they are and how they kept checking on me during my procedure to make sure I was ok. Overall I'm very glad I chose Aspen Dental and would recommend them to anyone. This was my BEST experience with ASPEN. They accommodated me for an extraction. As I was having cancer surgery the following week. It was nearly pain free and the staff was exceptional. I recommend them to EVERYONE! Thank you ASPEN

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Entire staff was great! Got me in quick and took care of me right away. The dentist was very professional and extracted my problem tooth with no pain at all. Would definitely recommend.

I will say that from just being on the phone that this place is spot on with their patients I had a bad experience with another Local Dentist office...Very unprofessional. Have a chipped tooth in the front that's starting to bug me. Called my past Dentist and they say I missed 3 appts. back to back? lol I told them I haven't made an appt. with them because I didn't need an appt. ( had no teeth problems) The lady was rude to me to the point she called me a scumbag and hung-up? I then get a call that they don't take my insurance anymore and that its easier to treat a patient like crap and lie to them rather then say " hey we don't take your insurance anymore. I look forward to dealing with what looks like a Honest and eager to please Dentist office. Thank you for your kindness on the phone today

I had an accident and lost a tooth from a top plate. I contacted Aspen and they saw me within a few hours. The whole staff was so accommodating and helpful which showed they actually care for their patients. I would highly recommend Aspen in Watertown. They are breath of fresh air, and it felt good to be taken care of.

I was having such a hard time choosing which dentist to go to when I first moved here, someone recommended me here and i’m so glad they did! I came in originally just for an exam and to establish care. The dental assistant Suray who took my x-rays was extremely nice and made sure i knew everything she was doing! My dental hygienist, Anna was also sooooo nice and comforting! She ended up being able to get me in for a cleaning and was super quick and gentle with me! The dentist was also fast and efficient and asked me if I had any concerns or questions before and after she gave me a thorough exam! She walked me out herself too. The office manager was very welcoming and extended an offer to give me recommendations of the area and made sure I had everything I needed before I left the office. I will definitely be back and I am so glad I chose Aspen Dental!

Everyone is very friendly and kind. They made the information of what was going on easy to understand and made the next steps east to manage. Even if you don't have insurance I recommend them they work with you to pay your bill so you won't go broke.

Staff is very professional and very nice. I have the worst white coat syndrome of dentists ever and they made me feel comfortable and understanding when I explained it to them. State of the art equipment . Very professional and excellent staff.

The surgeon was very patient and supportive of me when I had my bone Graf and now my posts. I would recommend Aspen to anyone needing dental care.

I have severe dental anxiety, and was very nervous for my Emergency visit. From start to finish everyone was kind, understanding, professional and informative. They were sympathetic and compassionate. I will never go anywhere else.

I was taken care of by some of the best women in a dental office. These ladies are knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and they left me with excitement for my next visit. I was especially impressed with Erica and Aryanna who personally made sure all my needs were met. Erica was absolutely phenomenal and very detailed in her explanation of my care. Aryanna always answers the phone with a pleasent tone and answered every question with such a distinguished professional manner. Xiomara always has a warm smile and pleasant demeanor she is absolutely an amazing asset to Aspen. I highly recommend this office as the standard of what true customer service is.
