Best experience at a phone repair shop by far! Had a emergency with my wife's phones LCD and screen after my little one decided to play with it, and they made sure to take care of everything needed at a really good price! Best prices by far!! Great communication and kept me in the loop with parts,labor and when it was done ( which was very quick)! Ten out of ten would recommend!! Def will be doing further business with them.

A friend of mine needed a new phone so I called Repairs Plus 321 to see if they had a phone that would work with my friend's service and was within his budget. The guy that answered the phone was really nice and said they had phones for every service and would do the best they could to meet the budget we were working with.
We got to the store and I found out the guy that answered the phone was actually the owner and he was extremely nice and showed us several different options of phones that were within my friend's budget. My friend picked out a phone and the owner also gave him a great deal on a case for the phone.
I would definitely recommend Repairs Plus 321 to anyone looking for a replacement phone, service or repair.

Sold 4 Apple products to them today and received fair pricing. Basically got what i could have sold them for on eBay minus eBay fees. The convenience of being able to sell everything at one time and not have to waste time selling on marketplace or eBay is worth it to me. If you look at their negative reviews it’s just people who have unrealistic expectations.
I appreciate the service they provided and think they run a great business.

Yesterday I Came in with IPhone screen that was totally black, told the guy my situation and how my boyfriend is in the ICU struggling very bad and I am his emergency contact. He hooked me up on the spot in 10 minutes flat. I was expecting to pay a ton of money but it wasn’t even CLOSE it was so cheap and he gave me a case for all my struggles.
