Nice staff. Not too busy for a Saturday. Person at the counter was nice enough to re-weigh my package to make sure the person receiving it would not have to pay extra.

All the postal workers at Bethel Park are courteous and helpful (the occasional odd sense of humor, but that’s fine!) Even when there are a lot if customers, the line moves well. Actually, I don’t know how they maintain such calm and professionalism when some of the members of the general public are just the opposite!

Came here to get passport’s for myself and family & had the absolute pleasure of working with Donna. She is truly a gem! Such a funny & sweet woman.

I thought the passport experience would be a pain in the 🍑 from my research but it was not. We truly enjoyed ourselves and she knew her stuff WELL. Even our teenage son got a kick out of her & was all smiles the entire time.

Please keep Donna around, she’s a true light in a world that’s become increasingly dark since covid. We need ppl like her to continue spreading joy!!

Donna assisted me with applying for a new passport. She was amazing. Extremely friendly, informative, and kind. Donna thank you for making this visit to the post office so pleasant.

Kathy is wonderful! I had to ship 19 small packages and she was very helpful & kind. She gave me some tips for the next time I need to ship things as well. There was an issue once I got home, I realized that one package was not showing up on my receipt so I checked my house and car and then called to see if they had seen my missing package. The man that answered the phone was nice and got Kathy on the phone, and she told me that she had found it, paid for shipping herself and had mailed me the tracking information. I recommend this post office over any others in the area. There was no long line and there was more than one employee working the front.

Can't fathom all the negative comments. I've used this Post Office a lot for almost a quarter century and have always been treated with respect and professionalism. Service is sometimes slow, BUT often it is because the clerks have to process Passport related issues. IMHO, this is not the place where the latter should happen, unless additional staff is provided. I don't think that happened. I give these folks credit for doing a repetitive, sometimes strenuous (when I come in with heavy packages) job with little gratitude from the public.

I thought i was prepared for our passports, but very far from it. The lady(i think kathy) at the post office was very very nice. She did not have to do what she did for us. Her personality does no fit with postal employees. They need more people like her.

Reliably short line if any. You can tell they care to do a good job here. All clerks have a standard of service at this location.

I had my passport application done yesterday by Donna. She made the process very easy. Much easier than I expected.

I don’t live in bethel but like the friendliness and helpfulness with this store. I have dealt with the one in liberty center and they are not friendly.
I really like the service too.

Never had any major issues with this Post Office. I owned a business for over 35 years right here in Bethel Park. The only issue I ever witnessed was being a little short staffed.

The finest staff always willing to help. Those who made negative comments are always in a hurry and no where to go. Oh yes, they don't work and are rude.

Every time I ship at this location the employees are always so kind and helpful :)
