Maid In Texas

I’ve been using maid in Texas for over a year now and they are wonderful! The house keepers sent are always kind and thorough. The office is always great about special scheduling requests and I have so much faith and trust that my home and belongings will be well cared for. They also have consistent staff, I usually have the same team every time. It’s the little things they do: kids art work suddenly hung nicely on the fridge versus scattered on the counter, my kids shoes arranged perfectly in the closet, or them remembering little details like which stuffy my son likes on the bed versus in his tent. They are priced very fair and always accommodate little extra asks I have. Highly recommend!!

I originally contacted Maid in Texas after we moved into our new home. Alma and G helped clean up a lot of the mess left by construction. Alma has been coming every two weeks since then. She is always on time, very friendly and pays attention to detail. She is always very thorough as well as quick. Nothing is ever overlooked and my house is always shiny and spotless when she finishes. She always treats us with much respect and asks if there is anything that needs additional attention. So happy that we have Alma! She is amazing!!!

I have used Maid in Texas for years. They are professional, polite, skilled, and quick. They have never failed to do a wonderful job. G and Alma were my last team. I was taking care of a pantry deep clean. They are lovely ladies that listen carefully and take care of all the requests that we have. They are very careful about not letting out the cats. They take special care with my Quilt Studio and ongoing projects. I will never use anyone else but Maid in Texas. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Jordan and Secret were professional, Friendly, thorough, and efficient. I have a huge house and the work they were asked to do was a huge job. They did better than anybody else I had ever hired to clean. They were amazing. They attended to details I expected them to miss. They did not leave one speck of dust in my house. I will absolutely use this company again and I will absolutely insist on this team! Although I suspect all of their teams are trained to be this good. I can’t say enough about them.

We moved to Texas 4 years ago and have been through 4 Housecleaners prior to finding these guys. I am not excessively particular - we just couldn’t find a Housecleaner who could handle the size of our home and and who was reliable and who had any degree of professionalism.

I will sum it up: Maid in Texas is running a professional business. They communicate well. They use text (which works very well for us, because we are busy professionals, travel a good bit, and sometimes need flexibility). They show up as expected. They clean the house well. They follow instructions well. Anything that might be off (rare), they respond well to.

I had hoped to find a housekeeper here in San Antonio that could almost become a part of our family. I wanted 2x visits a week to include housekeeping, errands, etc. We found absolutely no one willing to do this kind of work. And to complicate our situation, we do not speak Spanish. Every single independent housekeeper we tried here was unreliable. And we found that one individual could not handle the size of our house. I was reticent to use a company, but am so happy we found Maid in Texas.

Maid in Texas is for you if you value consistency, reliability, and professionalism. They clean well and they follow instructions well. Could not be happier.

Shanise and Amanda arrived as expected. After greetings showed Shanise the off color of the shower floor. She worked diligently and made the shower floor to look normal again. Shanise then cleaned the bedroom and floor under the bed. Yea. During this time Amanda had cleaned and dusted the kitchen and vacuum the living room and was moving the living room furniture around to clean under them. Shanise came mopping up behind Amanda who by now had cleaned my office which then got mopped and they were out the door. Thank you Shanise and Amanda and Maid(s) in Texas 👍

I am a small business owner in Boerne and recently hired Maid In Texas to professionally clean and sanitize my store before reopening after being closed due to COVID. I know the owner stays up-to-date on best practices in the cleaning industry and did not want to take any unneeded risks when opening our doors. Her staff worked so efficiently to make sure they didn’t miss anything and cleaned from top to bottom and side to side! It gave me such peace of mind!
