Best service I’ve had, the food was
VERY good. And you get your food in less than 5 minutes. And a very clean place. This place is very underated 😁

I was so apprehensive about going tonight as I've gotten crappy food on top of crappy service at this location a few times... but my kids were persistent on KFC🗣But tonight? 👌 Not only was the food absolutely delicious and FRESH 🤤... the young man who took our order had probably the best customer service I've seen at a drive thru in years to be honest. Definitely worth it.

We have always liked KFC and in the past, had gone to the Pelham location. That location became so bad that they shut down. The other Pelham location near the interstate is running a close race to the bottom. We thought we were done with KFC.

When we discovered the Montevallo location - and that it served our food cooked properly and they actually give us what we order - we had to leave a good review! We have gone by several times over the past few months, and the food is consistently good. Kudos to the workers and management!

We got takeout from KFC in Montevallo AGAIN, because it was awesome the first time! It was just as awesome the second time! Much Much better than years past! Way to go!

This KFC is my favorite in the area, it is fast service and always spot on with same food.

I stopped in for a quick to go meal. As soon as I entered the restaurant, Ms. Mary greeted me with a warm hello and smile. I ordered the liver dinner and it was fantastic! Cooked to perfection! As I left, Ms Mary thanked me and wished me a blessed day. Best KFC around! Montevallo, AL.

They were out of mashed potatoes, so the nice girl offered to make my famous bowl with mac and cheese. I asked if they could use french fries instead, and they did that for me and its really good. If that is not good service, I don't know what is.

Really nice spot! Easy for trucks to get in and out!

I just want to say there's is a young lady who's name is Alexis she has the best personality & she is the sweetest girl I've met I'm s long time She is very good at her job she's very helpful & I fill she needs to be recognized for being such a sweet wonder person. Y'all need to get more people like her to work for KFC

Chicken sandwich was good but they didn't have any pot pie. They are delicious

Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious.

I see a a lot of negative reviews on here but honestly, my visit to the KFC couldn't have been better. I was visiting from the UK and I make it a habit to learn the name of someone who provides excellent service. This gentleman's name was Brandon and I can not sing his praises high enough. Not only did he make sure I had everything I needed while I was at the restaurant but he made me feel incredibly welcome and he checked on all other customers too. I had such a positive experience with this restaurant because of Brandon. I would highly recommend he at least gets employee of the year.

Seems like food was better service was better than once was.

I’ve only had great experiences with the new owner, new staff and great attitudes for the past 4 months! The remodel enhances the excellence that is served at this location! Keep up the great work!

Went here for lunch today, food was fresh. Staff was polite, and the restaurant was pretty clean. No complaints here!

I love it because I don't care for thigh and they're accommodating, with no problem. The other KFC could learn a lesson.

Love their chicken. Ran out of the chicken breast for sandwiches so we just got strips. Tasty.

This is my favorite place to eat in Montevallo. Friendly staff, quick service, the food is always great, and the restraunt is always clean.

KFC will always be the classic Chicken joint. Yes, they're the best.
