Jack's

Look I'm honestly not a fan of Jack's food other than their breakfast, but the new look and atmosphere is worth 5 stars, and the customer service has always been top notch. So I'm not going to complain. I'll just leave a rating off the food since I can't fairly say without being biased.

Love the newly rebuilt Montevallo Jack’s! With the high ceilings, seems so much bigger. The new seating areas are well laid out and gives you good choice of booth or table. The corporate people are doing a good job of training the employees and we hope their lessons stay with the employees. The food is always good, but has taken a step up with the enhanced care from the cooks and handlers. Thank you Jack’s for the new store and good luck on your next rebuild.

We’ve always had a good experience going to the Jack’s in Montevallo. Really like the newly rebuilt restaurant! Very open and welcoming. Jack’s has the best shakes of any fast food chain.

The assistant manager was very helpful and polite. Since she was the one that took my order. The food was very good at this location. Not dry or overcooked.

It's been a long time since I was last in a Jack's restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised. I thought the burger was very tasty and all the toppings - lettuce, tomato and onion were fresh. I'm not a fan of the crinkle cut fries but they were okay.

The staff was friendly and the food was good.

Most ever jacks location I've been to. Great clean fast and friendly. Employees have fun and store manager is high spirited. Great place to bring your kids. Will definitely return when I'm back in town.

OK, so maybe I go to this location too much... But today when I got my food at the drive-thru window, I realized I had forgotten to ask for some honey mustard (mind you, I ordered a burger and they wouldn't of normally put that in the bag). So I asked for some, and the girl in the window told me they had already put it in the bag. It's the little things that these employees do that make going to this location really rock. Thanks y'all!

We stop there almost every Sunday to feed the van riders for church. They are always polite and helpful to all of us. Definitely recommend.

Don't sleep on Jack's. Do you understand that they have amazing crispy fried chicken and some of THE best buttery, fluffy biscuits in the fast food game? Also, if you are a sauce person, their ranch is the best in the game, and comeback sauce is a definite game changer.

The Jack's at this location, as of a week ago, is closed and has been torn down. What their future plans are I can't find posted anywhere.

The prices and quality of food and service are the best of any fast food restaurant. From breakfast to dinner this is my only go to. Awesome job Jack's, you have a life long customer here.

Food has always been hot and ready and even with the worker shortage they seem to get it out as quick as they can

I tried Jack's iced coffee for the first time and I will never try again. The coffee was way too sweet and I ended up throwing it away. I made the big mistake of asking for the largest size without tasting it first!

Drove thru the drive thru for breakfast in a timely manner. Great customer service. Great deal on two biscuits which were very good.

Good food, good prices & good times! They give you what I call, a lot of food for the money. Great place to eat a solid breakfast if your hungry.

I rarely eat 'fast food', but when i do its usually always at Jacks. Clean, great food and service, especially at the one located in Calera!

Jacks always has the best iced coffee. This location was extra good, just wish it was as large as say McDonald's iced coffee

I go to this place every other day for lunch when I'm on campus and they have the most polite staff.
