McDonald's

I don’t go here much but with me doing my EMT class at the local fire department here. It has become more regular. This place stays busy. Yes sometimes it might take a little time due to the traffic and amount of folks here. Yet my food has always been great. They are friendly and the place is always clean. The frappe’s they make. Well makes it worth the stop. As I say some days might need to be patient but they usually get you in and out as fast as they can. Food is always hot and made correctly.

Best place in Montana woman at the window always awesome!!! She's been there since I moved there 16 years ago she's awesome!!! Prices are getting to high to make as many visits as we use to though.

This is the best McDonald's for miles. They always have my order prepared correctly and give wonderful customer service with a smile. Highly recommend this location.

Over the past few years at McDonald's you expected the service to be slow, food sloppy and cold. Well the Montevallo location has stepped up their game! Food was hot and delicious.

They were fast, efficient and friendly.
I ordered fries and they were luke warm. but tasted ok.
Next time I will request hot and fresh.
So overall a great experience.

three times I have stopped on trip to Birmingham, three times I mobile ordered for curbside pickup. Three times I have waited less than 4 minutes for some of the hottest, best tasting, food I have ever gotten from McDonald's. Thank YOU...

Food was exactly as ordered. Customer Service was a little lacking but it was lunch hour... understandable.

Not sure his name, but the younger gentleman at the 2nd window this afternoon had the best attitude & personality I’ve ever seen working in fast food! Super respectful & bubbly, awesome service!

So respectful and this one is clean and service is always on point. Fries taste fresh and not reheated.

Maria the manager helped us out a lot went above and beyond I don't know alot about apps and was confused she filled my order and helped with the app thank you so much Maria day time manager

Stopped by on Halloween and they were all dressed up really having a good time in our little community. Plus the fries were hot

The man at the drive through was absolutely awesome. He was in such a good mood— so joyful! Made the experience in drive through so much better.

On so many occasions I have gone to this 24 hour McDonald's to get food and they say either "our system is down" or "we don't have the staff to run, or make the food". This store really needs to get their stuff in order. I give them a 1 out of 4 stars

As a visitor to the state of Alabama, I enjoy eating here every time I'm in Montevallo. The employees were all very kind and seemed to have established bonds with all of the regular attendees in the morning. I have absolutely no negative feedback for this McDonald's, and will likely return every time I'm in town and craving McDonald's.

Stays open 24 hours. Which is a life saver. Always had great service here and there's a girl that works there named Katie that always brings a great attitude to work and interactions with her are always enjoyable.
