The girl at the window nyasha ( I hope i spelled it right because it deleted off my phone 😭) but she was so nice! She told me my smile was so pretty and that made me night! i came super late but they all were so nice even the one who took my order! Loved it 10/10 Thanks so much guys

Food was fast, good, and the orders were correct. The store was clean and the employees were so sweet to all the patrons I saw.

I asked them if they’d make me a double decker Mexican Pizza. They did. And it slapped.

Never had a serious problem with them. Sometimes their app would say dine-in available when it isn't, but if you call them, they will bring your mobile order out to you.

Wonderful food, fast service, and nice staff. Best fast food restaurant in town.

Chelsea location is one of the best in the County. It is tucked away behind McDonald's, so be careful getting in/out.
Food is always excellent, and I find the App a great way to simplify multiple custom items. Rarely have to wait, but we'll worth the extra 5 or 6 minutes.

Employees were very friendly and we received excellent service. We received our food quickly and it was hot and fresh!!

I ordered 4 $1 double-stacked tacos and the girl on headset was polite and efficient. It was only a few minutes in the line with 3 cars ahead of me. Once I got a to the window they apologized for the wait and gave me a couple for a free taco. My food was ready a few seconds after she gave me the coupon. I'm very surprised at this taco bell.

EXCELLENT!! Some of the fries I had were a smidge old, so I went back and they fixed me FRESH YUMMY HUGE batch!! Thank you soooo much, Chris was friendly kind and made the experience AWESOME!! Dallas is also ALWAYS a friendly face to see and quick with the order! Love this Taco Bell!

This is one of the best Taco Bell’s. The food is always delicious and the employees are always super friendly.

I go there nearly everyday! Sometimes they'll mess up the order but they'll always straighten it out. Most of the employees seem to care about giving decent service unlike the rest of the fast food restaurants in Montevallo!

I feel like any complaints come from the same people who have never worked in the service industry but feel like they are better than anyone else. Js.

Nice location. Right in downtown Montevallo. Dining room is closed due to COVID, but there is an outdoor patio that you can still eat at. The location is clean and well-kept, the staff is friendly, and the food is what you can expect at Taco Bell.

Taco Bell is great when you want tacos and don't have much money. The food tastes good, they are pretty quick making it and contrast to popular belief, it doesn't give you explosive diarrhea. In fact, it doesn't give me any kind of diarrhea.

On a side note, I am so glad spell check knows how to spell diarrhea because I sure don't.
