I’ve had two experiences at this post office and both times have been 10/10 experiences. This most recent time, my wife and I went to apply for passports so we can go on our honeymoon! Chris went above and beyond to help us get in and out and was very communicative, to make sure we didn’t miss anything. You can tell that they really care!

Received such wonderful service from the Brighton, MI post office. Accidentally left some personal information on the counter and they placed it in an envelope to mail back to me! Awesome, thank you!

If you need to renew your Passport this is the best way ever, Brighton Post Office so helpful. Nice and I got my new passport back in 11 days.Whooohooo 😃

Hasan is my Favorite counter cleark! He's no nonsense, Fast, and always knows the best way to get a package where it needs to go without overpaying. This post office has a 24 hour kiosk/drop for shipping postage, or stamps.

Quick & fast! Chris took care of me while I was at USPS, I’m very used to standing in line and waiting anytime I go to the post office. Not today, I in and out within 10 minutes. Chris was friendly, fast and knowledgeable. Thanks!!

Favorite post office in Livingston County. Staff is always friendly and Chris is super efficient and helpful.

This is by far the best serviced post office around. There’s one man in particular who is always so polite and helpful (I need to get his name for better recognition!) - really good energy, which isn’t so common in the service industry these days. Really appreciate the kindness from these guys every time I have to ship something out. Thank you!

I would like to commend Chris for the excellent service he provided to me this afternoon. He went out of his way and provided me with the best packaging for an item I was shipping to Georgia. He even suggested wrapping the item before putting in the box so it wouldn’t get soiled in any way.

He shared a little small talk with me and was so kind. I am not that young, but have to say this was the best service I have ever received at a post office! Kudos to you Chris!

This post office is my hometown post office and I am very fortunate for that. I needed to mail my wedding invites out and requested them to be hand cancelled which I thought may be and odd request. However, the kind gentleman at the counter was very pleasant and gladly took care of this for me and congratulated me on my wedding. I also made an error on a couple of invites and without even asking this same gentleman took care of the situation and said he understood the importance of these invites! Great customer service that was above and beyond! Thank you!!

I visited the Brighton Post Office today and an employee went above and beyond to help with my package. On at least three other occasions I have found the employees at the Brighton Post Office to be extremely helpful and friendly. On these occasions when I had questions with deliveries or needed help retrieving a package, the employee that I was dealing with at the time was always willing to look into my concern. Furthermore they offered their help, if needed, for future transactions and I never got the feeling that they were bothered by my requests and questions. I am pleased with the services provided when I visit the Brighton Post Office and I hope that these employees are recognized for the customer service they provide.

This PO never quits amazing me. A year or so ago at Christmas I called about a missing package. Tracking showed it had been delivered. I checked all around the house bushes etc. It was not there. I called Brighton. I received a call back with the location of my mail. Today I called as my mother's caregiver sent some bills and other important mail, BUT forgot to save the slip. Rene assisted me. After some searching with my the amount paid info came up with the tracking # for me! Package still enroute, but now I know where it should be. Cannot find better service. Here in 00802 we sometimes get yelled at when we ask a question! THANK YOU! & Kudos to 48116!

Thought we made a major holiday error by putting the wrong address on an international package. Hasan was great- helped us fix the problem (especially during a very busy time) before the package ever left the faculty. He also should get a lot of credit for putting up with some VERY rude individuals that were also in line with us that day. Happy Holidays, USPS!

I have never had such great people go out of their way to help. They are awesome here Rene and Alex. I am completely blown away by their attention and care.

I live in GA and transport vehicles nationwide as my job. I lost my wallet at a local gas station in Brighton while on the way to MN. I had no choice but to leave Brighton without it after I returned to the gas station and it was gone.

Well, someone brought it in to this post office. The agents at the post office went above and beyond. Literally googled me and somehow found my email address. I was completely distraught that day and the next. I had no way to get home. No ID. I was then in MN and had no clue what to do. I woke up in my hotel the next day to an email saying they had my wallet. They overnighted it to me in MN and I had it and all my precious pictures in my hands.

I literally would have been stuck if they had been careless or indifferent. I truly appreciate they're care and customer service.

I have been using this post office for years now and especially recently I have been having great service. The line is usually pretty long, but that is to be expected anywhere. The staff is always polite and helpful.

So thankful for Dave who took extra time to help recover a lost phone!

I went into this post office right before they closed a few days before Christmas. There was a younger guy with a beard behind the counter, having a conversation with a veteran. He immediately greeted me, and began helping me while still answering the veteran that was contiuing to speak to him. He was quick to get me taken care of, while making sure the veteran was still feeling important. He was kind, curteous and did a great job. I was pleasantly surprised about my experience here.

For the six years I have been running my mail-intense business they have been efficient, professional and generally good at what they do. When something goes wrong, they follow up quickly and competently, call me back and do everything possible to solve the problem. I have nothing negative to say.
