Needed some printer ink on short notice and I’m glad I discovered this place. Jon is a really helpful and knowledgeable guy and prices his products very competitively with big box stores/Amazon. I’ll be using Chattanooga Ink & Toner from now on!

Jon and his staff are amazing! We always get a speedy delivery - even same day! And Melody with her printer servicing....why go anywhere else! She came and delivered ink and serviced our front office machine and it prints like new! We couldn't be happier:) Always accommodating and.... #localbusiness. Thank you Jon & Melody!

Jon was incredibly accommodating and went out of his way to help as we had a bit of a drive to get into town. He was kind, considerate, and very communicative. Highly recommend this local business. It was our first experience but I definitely intend on returning for our printer needs.

I’m from out of town and needed supplies. John was amazingly helpful- had exactly what I needed and since I was located on his way to another errand- he dropped off my purchase! You just do not find customer service like that- he cares about his customers!!

We use Jon personally for all of our printer needs. He hand delivers our ink to us in a very quick time frame. If I am having a issue he tries to get onsite to help resolve within 24 hours of contact. I am extremely happy to be a customer of Chattanooga Ink and Toner. Jon will always steer you you in the right direction and does not try to upcharge for personal gain. Very honest man. Give them a try! You will not be disappointed!

I will NEVER use another company to get my printer ink from. I love that they beat the price of the big box stores and when I was unable to get out this day, the owner brought the ink right to my house! He special ordered it for me too. You don't see this kind of service - it was amazing. I'm a huge fan and so happy that I can buy local, help a small business and help myself too.

Well. That me a little far, but they definitely got me out of the doghouse. I forgot to reorder ink from a certain "instant ink" racket and my wife needed to print A LOT of stuff for her Mom's surprise murder mystery birthday party tonight. This printer uses a weird toner cartridge not really found in the states, PLUS that certain hp instant-racket basically disables your printer if you don't use their stuff. I called and the owner Jon said to bring it up and let them look at it. He and the super nice girl there (I rudely didn't catch her name) worked on this thing for over an hour. Trying out different ink and printheads. They ended up being able to expertly fill the cartridges that were in it. Tested it on-site and IT WORKED! I ran (or drove) home and set it all back up and my wife was able to print a ridiculous amount of stuff over the next 4 hours. Very reasonably priced, ESPECIALLY considering the amount of work they put into that thing. They will be servicing all of my printer needs from here on out. Thank y'all for keeping me off the couch.

An extraordinary find for ink cartridge refills. Have been doing business with Jon several years. It’s a small establishment nestled in off the main road but simply cannot be beat. The ink quality, pricing and expediency of service are commendable. He services nearly every type of print cartridge and color imaginable. He is knowledgeable about printers and is a tremendous resource for other types of technology. Chattanooga is fortunate to have such a fine gentleman in the business community.

Jon was most helpful. He even let me bring in my printer and gave me a tutorial! I haven’t had one in so long and he made me feel super informed. His ink prices are phenomenal and I love that he can refill my cartridges rather than buy new each time. I’ll be his customer for life.

We were looking for an ink cartridge for my farther-in-law’s “dinosaur” of a printer. We called and talked to John. He actually had two cartridges!!!! He worked with us on the price for both of them and was more than helpful with our other questions!!!

Best place for ink and toner!! I work at a law firm and had an emergency where I needed toner right away. I called up Chattanooga Ink & Toner and placed my order and since I could not leave my job to go pick it up, Jon (owner) personally delivered the toner I needed in less than 14 minutes. FYI Mapquest says the trip takes 12 minutes. It was great to be a customer and be made to feel like I was important/special. Chattanooga Ink & Toner saved my day!!!

Affordable and convenient ! Jon and his team take the stress away by keeping up with our toner needs for our various printers. They are by far the best toner supply company I have ever worked with. i would highly recommend using them for all your toner needs.

I’ve been looking for a specific ink cartridge for our printer for the past two weeks. Searched multiple Walmart, Targets in Chattanooga, Soddy Daisy, Manchester etc. Finally found this shop via google search and I can’t recommend enough. Jon is a small business owner, who is very helpful and personable. He made permanent customers out of us today! Great customer service!!!!!

I was in a hurry and couldn't wait for a print out to be made so I went home to use my printer with the paper I had bought here, but my printer was jammed. After letting John know, he printed out what I needed. He even held it and gave it to me after hours when I could make it back.
