Nice little ice cream shop with good service and plenty of flavours to choose from!. worth a visit!

We stopped at this place after a visit to Kent Falls state park. The place wasn't crowded at the time we visit. There were few folks enjoying the ice cream under shade. It's a nice treat on a hot day like today. I had a Nutella Hazel nut a kiddis size. It was okay. But my wife ordered the mud pie and it was far superior to what I had. So I would recommend that. I tasted the cashew ice cream too. It had chunks but it did lack the cashew taste. But overall the ice cream was creamy. And had a rich taste. I would recommend if you are in the area for a hot summer day.

Such an adorable ice cream shop. Many flavors to choose from. Perfect seating areas outside. Inside is decorated the way an ice cream shop should look...fun! Definitely stop in if you’re around the area.

Nice flavor selection of fresh made ice cream. Cute outdoor seati8ng in summer, but they are open all year round. Expensive but its a special treat.

Prices are on par with other locally made ice cream shops. Generally between $4 - $10 for adult cones with extra toppings. I believe kids cones were $3-ish without toppings. There is a photo of the prices in the photos I posted.
Decent amount of parking and outdoor seating, but I suspect it gets very busy midsummer.
They also sell ice-cream cakes, floats, sundays, etc.

Peaches 'N Cream has been a family favorite for decades..I am delighted that the children's table is still there, with the knitted picture of Pluto hanging on the wall above it! A few months ago I purchased a cinnamon ice cream cake for a family member's birthday, and it was absolutely delicious-the owner was kind and helpful, and offered me a birthday topper at no extra charge. All of their ice cream flavors are excellent, and the gluten-free cookies/muffins they have are so good. My family and I will always support Peaches 'N Cream 🍨

Delicious ice cream. We bought the 4 scoop sampler of pumpkin, cranberry walnut, peanut butter & chocolate and walnut praline. Four full sized scoops in a cardboard food tray was $10. Flavorful and creamy.!

We stopped by here while visiting family in the area. The place was packed with half an hour to closing, but the staff was positive and got through their line quickly. The five of us all tried something different and all claimed to have gotten the best; I don’t think it’s possible to go wrong with any of their offerings.

A lot of very delicious options for ice cream. Staff there is very nice and always quick to get you what you want. Came here all summer and never had bad ice cream. A great summer spot.

Peaches and cream is the place to be for delicious scooped ice cream! During my visit properly staffed behind the counter, very helpful as well. Good seating inside and out. Find yourself in the area, definitely a must stop in.

I’ve been here so many times and have never been disappointed! Every flavor is delicious and staff are very nice. The building is also very homey and there are many places to sit outside and inside. I wish I had a photo but I wasn’t into reviews back then, so take my word, it’s great!

Best ice cream in Litchfield County!! My kids are addicted and so are we!! Just across the street from Da Capo restaurant which is amazing. We always skip dessert and head to Peaches and Cream after our meals!! We use it as a reward for good behavior with our kids!! Works like a charm!

Last Friday was a very hot day. My granddaughter and I had driven from upstate NY to visit the cemetery.
Afterwards, we decided to have some ice cream before heading home. What better place than Peaches 'N Cream?
She chose chocolate mousse, and I had a scoop of lemon sorbet and a scoop of tangerine sherbet. Excellent choices!!

I've been coming here for 30 years. Now I bring my kids here. Lots of flavors, friendly service, it's the best.

I am mystified by a few complainers in these reviews. First, Peaches ‘n Cream is not more expensive than Arethusa. It is, however, better. Where do you find an ice cream parlor that always has TWO sugar free flavors, much less a flavor like cantaloupe coriander? The Redentes opened this shop in the 80s, and Katarina not only kept their flavor formulas but added more: Nutella hazelnut, cannoli, salted pretzel caramel, pina colada. She has dairy-free choices as well.

This is the very definition of local and excellent. Anyone who has ever tried to hire seasonal workers can tell you that some will be better than others and some take a little time to learn the ropes. When a flavor is freshly made, it’s going to be softer and not stiff enough for a cone. Look in the case at your flavor. If it’s soft, don’t complain; get a cup.

Delicious ice cream and service is always great! I love the shop, it is very cozy and cute. Their soft serve reminds me of Froyo and I love it, highly recommend :)

I absolutely love Peaches and Cream. I have been going to Peaches N Cream since I was a child and they simply have the best Ice Cream around. I was lucky enough to raise my two boy's on this ice cream and my wife loves it just as much as me or more!

They were busy not slammed. Service was great the girls sweet. Ice cream was delish.
